I have lots of good memories of that salad bar…so brought a friend who’s never seen/heard of (outside of Chinese and golden coral) big water leak in parking lot with slime (sometimes it’s better to just pay to fix..corporate is falling down) which limited the parking, all benches cracked with duct tape on them, and felt like nursing home (and I’m old, but everyone else WAY old) but old people are nice and chatty! Salad bar was picked over (friend didn’t notice) and both went back for seconds, hamburgers were not smashed, just basic burgers (we both left 1/2 on plates, no doggie bag). Sorry guys..Atlanta’s Ruby has you beat (last fall). No photos.

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had at Ruby Tuesday. Our server was Teresa and she was phenomenal. Very attentive and extremely kind. The salad bar was stocked and again the service was fantastic. We love Teresa!!! Definitely recommend this location and asking for her.

This place has gone down hill. The food was cold. Portions were very small and the service was awful. My waitress was eating her own dinner at the table next to us. Never refilled a drink and never came to check on us for refills. The salad bar was a mess! Had to ask for plates and most of the choices were empty or looked old. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sad!!

My two Ruby Tuesday servers, Jamal and Jermaine, were absolutely great and provided excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Jamal especially made sure my food was prepared exactly to my standards, which I really appreciated.

Jermaine was awesome!!! He spent time to make sure our order was right and kept coming back to make sure our drinks were filled as soon as they were empty. It felt like anytime we needed something he was right there and took care of things immediately… Not only was he attentive he had a great personality. Definitely a great asset to the company!!! He needs either a promotion or raise or both!! Will definitely be coming back again!!

Our dinner was bland, cold, small portions and the only thing that saved this evening was the decent salad bar!!
Customer service was decent but definitely not enough for me to go back and pay those higher price’s for tasteless horrible food, I’m so disappointed
