Most friendly service, great comfort food. It’s a casual place where one can feel comfortable and relaxed. Can be noisy but that’s the kind of vibrant atmosphere you get from this place where there’s a large horseshoe bar area and booths for family dining with kids and elders. We always get the attention from the receptionist and waitresses within minutes of arrival. In addition to the entrees, we also had two martinis. A very nice evening.

I’m a big fan of the 99 in general, but this location is the best. The entire staff is wonderful, from the managers to the bartenders to the hosts. Big shout out to Dylan for always remembering us and our drink order despite our being somewhat new to the place. Most of the time if we go somewhere else for dinner it’s overpriced, the service isn’t great, and we always end up saying “shoulda gone to the nines”.

Ellen was our waitress and we had a GREAT LUNCH! We started with goldfever boneless then I had the Vermont burger. The food was excellent and the service was even better++++++++++++++ Pepsi not Coke, I’ll be back for the free !!

Great service and good food! I got the boneless fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was a little chewy on the end but not a big problem, was delicious. I asked for them to put garlic powder on my broccoli and they did it no problem. For dessert we got 2 cookie skillets. They were very very good but the only thing I didn’t like was you could taste the cooking spray on the bottom of the cookie.
I forgot our servers name but he was very nice and has great customer service.

Shame on order I placed tonight. Just arrived home to find hardly any fries. Ordered burger medium well but it was made way on the rare side. The meat hardly looked cooked when I split it in half!!! Usually food is good here. Dont know what happened. Maybe too close to closing time? Either way, sucks spending money on a late dinner which did not come complete/burger not cooked correctly. Money wasted now have to make my own dinner. Wouldve given 0 stars if I could.

Avoid this 99 restaurant and opt for Charlestown. The drink service was irregular, with a weak first drink and an overly strong second. My chicken Caesar salad was incorrectly prepared without chicken, and the fried seafood platter lacked french fries. Notably, double onion rings are not available, despite the menu indicating they should be unless otherwise specified. They did not put my code in and promise me the manager will do it at the end of the night I’m not holding my breath I gave them the Code at the beginning of the meal so why do I have to wait until the end of the night until the manager does it which I don’t believe they will

We went 3 days in a row for lunch this week cause we had a job in the area. Food was great and the service was A++. The manager upfront was extremely welcoming and extremely nice. The bartender Nick was on point with everything. He kills it at his job. Great location, will definitely be back soon.
