This neighborhood bar has a very good burger. Juicy, and we’ll seasoned, my build-a-burger included standard lettuce and tomato and fried onions. I added extras- sautéed mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. The fries are OK – nothing special -average bar fare. Drinks are varied, and being dry January – I tried a NA Guiness. Blasphemy to some, I actually found the lighter NA Guinness was pretty good. Our bartender/server did a nice job. Plenty of sports TVs to watch. Seems like a nice place to shoot pool or play cards. Good Cudahy vibe. (Yes I said it). In summer, it looks like there’s a patio and service out back.

Truly great taste from corned beef Reubens, taco salad and patty melt. Genuine surprise. The appetizers you can bundle 3 of them for 13 bucks. Those 3 appetizers are a meal. Excellent taste good quantity. It’s a good place to go to eat

My husband and I visited on a Sunday afternoon. They were out of chicken, brisket, and cod. My husband ended up ordering his 3rd choice, Ahi tuna. I ended up ordering a grilled cheese, which took over an hour. Waitress said that the cooks forgot about my grilled cheese and put it back in. We ended up leaving before my meal arrived. The resturant was not very busy but still seemed understaffed. Our waitress was very apologetic (she was good), but this was a very bad first impression of the resturant.

First, what a very eclectic group of patrons which made it such a very fun visit to watch a Packers game. Fun drawings, festive events, free snacks, and a broad menu beyond just traditional pub grub. As expected for an event the service was slower than a normal day and the kitchen a bit backed up. That said we enjoyed the servers and the atmosphere, drink specials and were happy with the stop.

We have always been extremely happy with our food but this last time, not so much. We ordered chef salads, which are usually perfect and filled to the brim with toppings. This time we had unidentifiable pieces from the turkey, including bones, in three out of four of our salads. Our appetizers (Reuben Rolls and Pizza sticks) were spot on however the salad was disappointing and disgusting. Delivery was great. Someone new in the kitchen?

Lakeside Pub & Grill
LOCATION (= 1 ⭐️) – Lakeside pub and Grill is a really cute and cool sports bar and Grill on the corner of a street right off of downtown Cudahy Wisconsin. Inside is decorated with murals of football, basketball, baseball memorabilia of Milwaukee past greats. Really good indoor and outdoor seating, huge oval bar in the middle that can see probably 40 people.
✍️ SERVICE (= 1 ⭐️) – Service was fantastic. The young men and young lady that were serving me tonight we’re extremely thoughtful, fast, and intentional about their service.
FOOD (= 1 ⭐️) – The food was good, not great. I ordered the fried pickles, and I didn’t love them, they were much more pickle and they were batter. I also ordered the fried chicken buffalo wrap and fries, the fries were regular and the buffalo chicken wrap was fine but there was certainly nothing spectacular about it. The ranch was very good though. And the food was not low quality enough to lose a star however. It was what one should expect when going to a classic sports bar and ordering food.
PRICE (= 1 ⭐️) – The price is about $8 to $11 per appetizer and $10-$15 per meal. To be honest I feel that these prices were a bit high based on the level of quality of food that I received. If the food was much higher quality, then I would not mind paying the prices at all. I’m gonna dock one star in this category but overall I wasn’t highly disappointed I just feel that their prices should more accurately reflects their quality.
EXPERIENCE (= 1 ⭐️) – my experience was great, minus the fact that when it was about time to order my meal the server informed me that the one cook they had in the back simply walked out on his shift and that they now had no one to make any food. She was extremely apologetic, and I was very understanding, but it did make for a very awkward experience. I enjoyed my fried pickles that had been brought out to me before the cook walked out of their shift, and nursed The Coke that I had been working on while watching my game. Luckily college football games are four hours long and by the time we got to the third-quarter the cook had returned. And so I ordered my meal and it was brought out. Besides that, there were probably 40 people inside laughing, smiling, yelling at the TV screens in support or in agony of their favorite sports team. It’s a very fun environment.
Overall Thoughts – 4 ⭐️’s! Stellar location, Wonderful staff, adequate food, more money than I would like to spend on bar food but not terrible, and a great experience. Strong recommend.

Best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. And I am always looking for good onion rings. Theirs are great. Thin, hand battered, fried to crispy perfection the chicken takes a little longer, but worth the wait. We played game of pool while we waited. You can’t see the lake, but they do have a dining patio.

Great versatile atmosphere and yummy food at decent prices. They had a Thursday special that the waitress told us about. Brewers & Marquette themed without being too sports focused. Friendly for all. Bar, table and table top seating plus plenty of outdoor patio seating. Take a look at how much fun the pirate cove looks with fire tables. Overall a friendly place to hangout with a well stocked bar and good kitchen/menu. I ordered a portabella mushroom burger.
