AMAZING SERIVCE & ENVIRONMENT!!! Let’s start with the 2 servers that greeted me, almost before I even opened the door, J J& Jaye? They were absolutely awesome and welcoming! They made me feel like I was with a crowd but it was only me. The cook was even warming and welcoming, forgive me, I think it was Shanice! They had music going and it was good music. I Loved the location I picked to dine-in at!! Awesome customer service and hospitality!

This waffle house was busy and that is not necessarily bad. Me and two kids were able to order and get our food in less than 20 minutes. I am guessing that they are still following COVID protocols because we were given individually wrapped plastic ware that had the salt and pepper included and that is fine although I am not a fan but understand it helps and cuts down on dish washing. Food was good and kids were happy so calling it a win.

YOR service was terrible ,I eat at WAFFLE HOUSE at least twice a week in HUNTSVILLE AL AND THE service is great but at this WAFFLE HOUSE we had to wait too long to be served ,they didn’t have but one cook it was too many customers for her to keep up grits was lump ,,look like I had a half of a egg ,my husband waffle was served way before his food at least 15 minutes ,by the time he got his grit and egg s the waffle was cold he had ate over half his grits and eggs before he got his sausage, the sausage was overcooked she redid hiswaffle then it was half done, I will never eat here again,they need more workers than one cook,the waitress kept saying sorry be with you all soon,but they don’t have to worry about us.

I always wanted to try Waffle House. My uncle suggested the one on Atlanta Hwy. We walked in and the staff was really friendly. My waiter was Jaey, and he was welcoming and made suggestions. The food was delicious, the chef, she was awesome. They all played with my toddler. Thank you all for a great experience and good food.

They need to clean more often, I found this place a little to nasty. The cutting board not cleaned the right way, need some sanitizing water to clean the board. No wonder they got a 85 on their health score.

This was the most horrible Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. The Waitresses were rude and the place was dirty with mop water all on the floor the sugar had built up to look like a honeycomb it was just horrible. Dirty silverware is the norm here. GHETTO FABULOUS!!! The coffee tastes as if they’ve never cleaned out the coffee grinder. Then the waitresses had an attitude as if they didn’t want to work or weren’t getting paid enough. Pobably ex convict chics! People at this place are just rude and obnoxious. Manager is just as bad with braids to her buttocks and NO HAIR NET trying and preparing food. REALLY ?
