Had chicken legs -this was soft and soaked in soup, vegetables, rice and other foods I forgot their names. Good price and they tag their food in alphabets, and stamp the ticket – left on the table for each order you make. It’s summed up and payed for when you’re done. It’s my first experience in a Chinese restaurant, went there with my friends, the experience was not bad.

This place is not easy to find. It is located on the second floor of a small building. They serve dim sum at 9:30 a.m. The dim sum are carted around in steam carts. We tried some favorites: shrimp harkow, chicken feet, sticky rice with meat, shrimp and beef rice rolls. We also tried some “new” (new to us) dim sum and we were not diapponted.

Typical dim sum restaurant, not a single tourist as far as the eye can see. Local hot spot, Despite me getting there just shy of the lunch crowd it was packed wall to wall. Good selection great taste, cheap eats walk in hungry walk out full job done .

I have been going to this place for dim sum ever since when I was little. Dim sum places are crowded, noisy/loud with staffs pushing food carts around. It’s really busy around noontime. Food there is good, a bit pricey for some dishes, so we tends not to order something we can make at home. Most staffs there are old ladies/men and they speak Cantonese, no English. It’s a great place for gathering/breakfast/lunch.

Definitely an interesting first dim sum experience. When they started carting up food to the table and offering it off I was confused. Figured it out pretty quick. All the food was fantastic. They have these flaky croissant like pastries with pork inside that were my favorite. Don’t come for the decor. This is specifically an interesting dinning experience with great food. Have fun!

This is another grand banquette hall style restaurant tucked inside a mall under the Manhattan bridge. The vast spacious space is filled with your typical round tables and metal chairs we all know and love. We went for Dim Sum which can be a hit or miss depending on time. We arrived around 11am to a restaurant full of people. This is your Asian lady cart pushing Dim Sum. The variety here can also be hit or miss. They also have a table for prepared specialty dishes like clams. The usual Dim Sum staples…didn’t even appear until towards the end of our meal. The cart ladies are generally friendly and if you ask for something they don’t have they will get it for you. Oh, an be prepared to chase down the cart if you see something you like because as they say the early bird gets the worm and here if you wait by the time the cart gets to your table it might have ran out of the items you want. Think of as dash for your Dim Sum. You can burn of some extra calories so you can eat more!
