Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had the same server, and she has been consistently unpleasant. She appears to be miserable and annoyed by her job. Initially, I let it go because it was so busy, but even during times of manageable traffic, she remained unpleasant.
Additionally, the line setup and flow are quite confusing and lack order in my opinion.
Despite these minor issues, the food is still excellent. It’s of great quality, comes in generous portions, and is always fresh.
Customer service is terrible, the energy of the employees, not all but “ miserable “ as if they don’t want to take your order, if they do it’s comes with attitude as a side order ! How do people get an attitude for people patronizing their business!?. I went as far as given tips because I’m a business owner myself so I get something it can get overwhelming.
One particular time, I believe it’s the owner I had to be raising my voice to make an order while she’s complaining that she’s not hearing me. whole time she had the music blasting on 100 ! so I asked her why do I have to be yelling my order to you? And her response was “ you’re right, but it is what it is” I can honestly say that’s a first for me.

Don’t be fooled into thinking you made it, and I hope this doesn’t go over your head and is taken with a grain of salt. The easiest part of any business is opening one, the hardest part !? maintaining and keeping it, you set the standards ! and if your starting of like this with that type of customer service !? Need I say more ?
Be the example! The employees will follow suit!
Moreover, I can say respectfully I won’t be returning to this establishment.
