Wonderful Experience Overall
I ordered the Chicken bacon ranch pizza for $15 which was delicious. It’s a reasonable price for airport food, and it was a personal size pizza that filled me up. I also ordered the bourbon smash seltzer which was AMAZING! The staff recommended it and it did not disappoint.
Both of the gentlemen working the front, Richard and Gary, were a pleasure to meet. They were both charismatic and friendly, and helped to pass the time.
If I ever find myself in Cleveland again, I will absolutely stop by again. Thank you for making this layover enjoyable 🙂

I ordered pizza and wings at the Cleveland Airport location. I waited about 45 minutes for pizza and wings. At the time I wondered why it was taking so long. I also noticed that the cook replaced the cashier at the register. I thought it was odd but continued to wait. The cashier eventually called me over to get my food. The pizza was hard, the wings were okay. At the time I was just glad to have a bite to eat before boarding the plane. When I arrived home I pulled out my receipt and had a look. I was surprised and angry to find out that the worker added a 90.00 tip to my card. I never signed for a tip of any kind. The ticket says the servers name is Jonathan but a female cashier took my order. I am rating this establishment very low because they obviously like to take advantage of Senior citizens.

Our family had a wonderful experience at 800 pizza. They must be under new management because everything was clean, organized, our pizzas came out cooked perfectly and the team members were friendly and quick.

Ordered a single slice. Took one bite and I only tasted char. Looked underneath and found this black mess. Showed them the slice and asked if this was a proper cook and they said yes. Never again.
Also, when I asked about the cook of my slice I then noticed it’s a gas oven. Nothing wood fired about it. Deceiving too.

All tables were filled with trash bc both garbage cans were overloaded in garbage and people were trying to balance the trash on top of each other. There were three employees standing around talking but no one doing clean up.
