Good views, and that’s all. I would not waste a sunset on this place again. The views are beautiful, but no more than any other place nearby. The food wasn’t good. The beer wasn’t cold, and the service wasn’t the best. The price is high, so do yourself a favor and enjoy other places.

Food was over priced. Best value was my son’s Hawaiian Style burger which was huge but my Mahi in my sandwich didn’t even fill the whole bun so it was mostly bread. The volcano fries was dry because it didn’t have enough sauce. Poke nachos were good but salty. Service was understaffed, only 1 server and 1 hostess. The server was backed up and took forever to just take our drink order. I was surprised the hostess couldn’t just take drink orders since she just stood around most of the time doing nothing. The ketchup wasn’t even opened so we had to take the plastic off of it when they brought it to our table. There wasn’t enough tables for parties of 3+, we had to add a chair to our table of 2 for the 3 of us which limited space on table and also made it awkward for my son sitting in a walkway.

If you’re coming to simply enjoy a beautiful sunset, then this is your place. I believe it’s one of the few, if not only, beach front bars in Maui where you can enjoy the sunset with a drink and it’s not directly connected to a hotel. The seating is arranged to where everyone has a good view but they do fill up quickly around the time (I would suggest getting there at least an hour before).
Now the food is a bit mediocre. We went once for dinner and I had the flatbread that was recommended by the server. Which was pretty good but was quite small for the price. Next time we went for happy hour so just snagged some coconut shrimp to try and, again, it was okay but nothing to write home about.
The service was good at the tables, but we found the service to be much more attentive and engaging at the bar – even though it was busy.
Parking is across the street in a free lot but spots are very limited. If you’re staying in the Hilton Maui Villages, you only have to walk across the street (make sure you have your room key).
Keep in mind it’s still fairly new so hours fluctuate. When we came it was open daily from 3-8 with a happy hour from 3-5.

The view is the best part and the only reason I’d recommend this place. The food is as basic as it gets for prices that don’t make sense.. The tacos were flavorless and the pizza tastes like school lunch. I’d compare it to frozen food you can warm up from Costco. If the plan is drinks and view this is a good choice. Eat elsewhere.

Walked in here to get a drink before dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Was met with “sorry, we have a waitlist, trying to give the kitchen a break”.
I responded “that’s great, we are only looking for a drink” and was met with a surly response “you can grab a to-go drink from the bar”.
Tables were 100% empty while the bar was full. I guess the real truth is no one wants to be a server here and work for the garbage management.
Wonder how the poor bartender must feel to know that their customers are also being pushed away along with the tips.
Among hundreds of other options where the vibe doesn’t suck, just walk or drive on by and skip the surly attitude.

Been here 2 times. Nice place to come watch the sunset and have a drink. Recommend staying in the bar for drinks and ordering food as the waitstaff is way under staffed that serve the tables and can take multiple requests asking for refills or other needs. Bar staff is good and attentive.

Perfect little spot right on the beach to grab a couple of drinks, and some quick easy bar food. Caesar salad was awesome, and good size for the money. Hurricane fries were also quite good as well. Reasonably priced for the area

A new smaller bar/restaurant on the water – connected to the Maui Bay Villas across the street but open to the public (free parking on the corner). indoor & outdoor seating – great sunsets. Good drink & food (not a huge food menu)

Chicken potstickers and coconut shrimp both very good. Fish tacos good – can’t say excellent as slightly overcooked and accompanying sauce was not the best I’ve had – a little under-flavored. That said, service was kind, courteous and *unobtrusive* and the view of the sunset cannot be beat. Beautiful setting! We will be back to sample more menu options – like the deep fried pickle chips.

Nice place to view the sunset and/or watch the games. Limited hours, I believe 3-9 pm or so.
