Stopped in today for the first time in a while. Debated on steak and chicken, but both looked overcooked and dry, so I got my usual Barbacoa bowl. It was awful.
I usually never get salsa since the barbacoa has so much flavor. Today I got a big chunk of stringy meat that was lukewarm with no flavor at all. The knife could barely cut it given how tough it was.
The beans and rice were fine, but not worth $ 12 for a bowl of beans, rice and flavorless meat. I asked for a bit more lettuce on top and the server rolled her eyes.

After reading prior reviews, I wasn’t sure about eating here, but I was delighted at both the service and the portion sizes. I ordered a sofritas bowl and it was full of rice, beans, sofritas, and toppings. The staff was helpful and patient while figuring out a few old gift cards that I was paying with. Lots of customers coming in for a Sunday night. Very happy with this experience and will come back soon.

Great location in Westminster right on the edge of the plaza. Went here for dinner. It was a pleasant experience inside. Place clean, staff friendly, and delicious food. Got the burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese, and side of guac and it tasted great. Overall, great Chipotle. Would recommend.
Customer service and portion sizes need improvement though.

FIRST VISIT EVER after seeing commercial with Carne Asada. Service no bueno! It’s not a race! Relax. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! INSTEAD OF HAVING YOUR PANTIES IN A WAD. NO ONE WAS BEHIND US. Clean your dining area. The female serving the food has a wicked bad attitude. Please quit if you don’t like your job, others would be thankful to work. No way will we ever come back nor will we suggest the place to anyone!! Contact me, a refund would beneficial to compensate the horrible experience. Maybe Saturdays at 330-4 y’all need management that cares! Regional Manager make a surprise visit

Edit: I ordered a bowl from DoorDash. There was BARELY any steak. Look at the picture, almost half the bowl was missing and the lowest portion was specifically the meat…
Edit 2: I tried them out again about 2 weeks ago. We came in half an hour before closing, they had no veggies but charged a full price. They could’ve given the guac for free since we didn’t get a full sandwich, but no. Chipotle continues to be cheap, and low quality. This is my last time, I advise you to not go to Chipotle or go to another location.

I’ve never complained before but I tried to rate my order via the app when prompted but nothing loaded, so here we are. Fajita veggies were raw, some in the same bowl were cooked properly while most were under. Steak was also undercooked, not to mention a CHOKING HAZARD!!!!! Do better next time, Chipotle.

I had a pickup order from this location due to conveniency and when I checked my bag to make sure everything was in there I noticed I was missing my side tortilla. I informed the associates working the line and had no issue but they became hesitant to give me the tortilla until someone could verify I ordered it, the awkwardness in that one encounter just wasn’t pleasing. I’ve ordered from this location before and I should’ve trusted my gut feeling and drove to a further location because once I opened my food I was met with half a bowl with minimal rice (I ordered an extra scoop of rice) and was mainly lettuce. The guacamole was foul (pictured). The stinginess that comes out of this location is a bit ridiculous at this point. If people are paying anywhere from $12-$18 they deserve to have an actual meal and not a kids bowl.

every time i go to this chipotle i leave annoyed. the staff is very slow and do not communicate well, the portions are the smallest ive ever had from chipotle, and several times ive recieved a quesadilla with cheese that was not melted. my receipt is also consistently thrown away before being asked if i want it, which is particularly annoying when they also do not give me a chance to scan my app for points. will not be returning to this location

Love that they are Non-GMO. Good Vegan and Vegetarian options. Guacamole is an extra charge, but tastes better than competitors. I want to try their Tofu but it wasn’t out on the line. Next time I will ask.
