The food is PHENOMENAL! As someone who has limited food choices with a gluten intolerance, I can’t love this place more. They have the BEST cream of crab soup I’ve ever had. And I’m a bit of a crab connoisseur. Their pizza is so flavorful between the gourmet tasting sauce and delicious cheese, and another favorite is their baked cowboy dip special over zucchini. The cocktails are also always amazing and service is great too. I have nothing to complain about. My husband and I also stop by their Dirty Gangster Dog to-go place next store and highly recommend their decadent hot dogs on a gluten free bun! This is the best gem that many times goes unnoticed in Historic Downtown Sykesville! Don’t think twice about giving them a try.

Absolutely lovely staff, cozy but upscale atmosphere. Food was very tasty. Menu is eclectic in a very good way. The onion soup was very flavorful, but a touch too salty for my taste. The fusion pasta was delicious and unique. I am looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

This was a wonderful dining experience, the restaurant has such a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. The chef came by to visit the patrons and answered any questions we had. The menu was inventive, I had a hard time deciding. I ordered the Korean ribs with salad and asparagus. My daughter ordered the brie appetizer and did not want to share, it was that good! My husband ordered a turkey french toast panini with masked potatoes and was so impressed with the food he stood up and shook hands with the chef!

My boyfriend and I discovered this restaurant last month, and honestly we’ve been about 5 times already. Everything they make is delicious. Crab dip? Incredible with huge chunks of lump crab. Tomato soup? Perfection, only 3 ingredients, made fresh. Meatball sub or Bahn mi? Can’t go wrong with either. Amazing. Brunch? Get the eggs tornado or the French toast, it’s But seriously we can’t say enough good things about this little gem and we intend on coming back and bringing friends and family! Only downside is they don’t take reservations so get there early or after the rush. Chef Keith is a great guy and will take care of you and the wait staff is super friendly and accommodating!

I first ordered tomato bisque. The baguette was hotter than the soup (which was not hot at all). I then ordered the turkey dinner I had my eyes set on for a few weeks now. It was everything I wanted it to be and tasty. The owner walked around and spoke to everyone in the restaurant except me. The first time around I did not think much of it, but it happened a total of three times. Wow! I then noticed the ladies behind me went to the bakery attached. I decided to try it also. Upon entering no one was around, but the owner appeared a minute or two later. He was on the phone and once again no acknowledgement. The lovely server from the restaurant ended up helping me. I purchased 2 glazed donuts (dry and tasted old) and the strawberry cake (great). I could only think to one self, how this place was highly recommended and the manager only acknowledges certain patrons of a particular caliber. I was offended by his actions and saddened that in 2022 there is still a divide amongst Americans. Thank God I grew up in Columbia where Mr.Rouse treated us all equally no matter race, gender or economic situation. Maybe the owner could use this situation as a learning experience and treat everyone that comes through his door equally.

Looking forward to coming back already. Intimate atmosphere. Everything was delicious and came out perfectly. Thai chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, perfectly balanced with just the right kick of richness… and acid from slaw cut through to balance beautifully. Creamy french onion soup is to die for. Bourbon glazed meatballs were killer (hint: eat the pepper garnish with it, adds just the right kick of spice). Brisket Philly cheesesteak has a kick to it – moist and delicious – we added cheese. All of this was enjoyed over some beer flights with local beers. It was a great night. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Like I said, definitely coming back. New fav place in town to eat.

Overnight in Fredrick. Needed a place to meet our daughter from Baltimore. So glad we decided on 7556 Main Street Bistro. The food was out of this world!! The turkey panini on cinnamon toast with apples and apple butter. Come on !! That was incredible. My gal had the Korean ribs. Also a hit. Our daughter couldn’t stop smiling from the baked brie trio she had. Just wish I was a local. We would definitely be back. It was a pleasure to see the chef come out and stop at all the tables for a brief chat with all of the patrons. A big shout to the staff. Patient,friendly and quick. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant if you are local or passing by. Well worth the stop.
