I have never been here, so I was excited to try the new coffee place in town. I pulled up at 5:20. I stopped and was looking at the menu, the girl walked out but only stood by the door, as I was looking.. she then went back inside and I pulled right up to the glass sliding door, she was right there putting the parts back on the machine, she definitely could see me., she ignored me for about 2 min then opened the door and said “ We don’t open, for like 10 min.” WOW !!! Seems that life now days runs on customer service, Well 7 brew your opening lady needs some more training.. If she had asked what I wanted, told me they weren’t quite open but she would HURRY & make my drink as soon as she could I totally would have waited but no. She moved and acted like a sloth and wasn’t about to accommodate a NEW CUSTOMER. !! But hey thanks from note on its Dutch Bros !! P.S. You can see from the picture how she ignored me

We thought our local 7 Brew opened at 5am so we worked our morning around stopping for a coffee on our way to work. We got there at 5:15 and realized they didn’t open until 5:30!! The barista Addy made our drinks anyway! She was friendly and deserves huge recognition for her exceptional customer service! Love the staff! Drinks are fabulous. We got an iced Americano and a German chocolate mocha.

New favorite coffee place! Can’t believe we hadn’t tried it sooner. We loved the seasonal drinks! My husband wasn’t sure what he wanted but the lovely barista suggested a peppermint cold brew with cold foam and peppermint sprinkles and it was delicious! Tasted just like a cafeinated candy cane!! We plan to visit here everytime we are in the area!

Question, I ordered a hot coco with marshmallow stuff. However it tasted strongly of coffee. Does your hot coco have coffee in it? If so do you have coco without coffee in it? Please respond promptly because it’s colder than a witches you know what outside.
