Ordered online, picked up through drive through. Food wasn’t ready so they had me go around and wait by door for them to bring out. So after checking, I was missing a few items. I sent my oldest child in to retive the items while i waited with younger ones. The guy told my daughter I only paid for 1 cinnamon twist and it was in the bag. There’s a lable on the bag that clearly says 2 cinnamon twist are supposed to be in there. He was telling the other employee that I was trying toget free food. My daughter was extremely embarrassed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell location. The posted closing time online is 3:00 AM, yet when I arrived at 1:15 AM,(02/13/2026) I was told they were closed. There was no notice posted, and employees were outside socializing and smoking instead of serving customers during listed business hours.
If the restaurant is closing early, the hours should be updated and clearly communicated. Refusing service nearly two hours before the advertised closing time is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I haven’t eat here in a long time. Finally the prices on combos has gone down since my last visit over a year ago. I used to buy a combo every week. The price was abetter deal now. Love it.

The environment was very clean and welcoming there are plugs to charge your phone as you sit and eat. Ordering was easy. I didnt realize you could also order from a person at counter. But ordering from kiosk was.nice and my receipt promptly came to my phone.

Food: I should have read the previous posts before eating, there are a lot of them…
Service: workers basically ignore you or laugh because your name (my name) sounded funny to them.
Atmosphere: homeless people in the dining room (more than 2) cutting up with the staff, not eating, just hanging out.

Make an order in a hurry and didn’t “deep check” the bag before leaving. When I finally open the bag I was missing more the half my combo I order. I was already 20 minutes away for the store so I wasn’t going back, call them the first time and I was ask to call 10 minutes later because they were “busy” but didn’t answer. Keep calling until I last time someone answered claiming he/she didn’t understand what was I saying. Order was a number 6 beef chalupas that is supposed to come with 2 chalupas and 1 crunchy taco and a drink. They only gave me 1 beef chalupa and a large tasteless pepsi, the other 2 items were missing.

Everytime I come there they get my order wrong . One time they litterally got my order wrong 4 times which is bazar . This time the manager was playing with my intelligence he should not be the manager . They absolutely impolite and after all this time they got my orders wrong this had to be my last time . Not to mention they just thrown your food together !

The worst Taco Bell. It is consistently bad whether you order delivery or order at the drive thru. They constantly give you the wrong items, the wrong sauces and sometimes the food is stale.
