This is by far the best location I’ve been to! All the employees are friendly and always greet me with a smile. I enjoy stopping in everyday for my favorite iced coffee and iced tea. I feel like everyone is family. Keep cultivating kindness. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

We love 7 brew but this location was such a disappointment. We wanted to order a pumpkin roll blondie and confirmed they had pumpkin the barista that took our order told us he thought they didn’t have it but we were under the impression the cinnamon roll was a regular menu item that’s always available. We also ordered one of our drinks small because we received a text saying there was a free small drink with purchase. We go to pay and ask about the free drink because the price seemed a little high and he told us we had to mention it to him before we ordered. We’ve taken advantage of several of the free drink promos before and NOT ONCE have we had to mention it and usually they tell us about it when we order. We will not be returning to this location we will stick to our usual location where it doesn’t feel so complicated to get our order taken.

I love Seven Brew, and this is my favorite location! The service is always super speedy, rain or shine. The employees are kind and friendly. My personal favorite drink is the Pink Mermaid Energy. I have been visiting this location consistently for two years, and they’ve never failed me!

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. While the coffee itself was decent, the service was absolutely horrible and completely ruined the visit. The girl taking our order was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and had a nasty attitude from the moment we pulled up. She didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and acted like taking our order was the biggest inconvenience of her day.
When we asked simple questions about the menu, she flat-out ignored us or responded with the most dismissive, condescending attitude. It was as if she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Instead of providing any kind of basic customer service, she made us feel like we were annoying her just by existing. Her tone was rude, her demeanor was unprofessional, and she had zero interest in being even remotely polite.
By the time we got our drinks, the entire experience was already ruined. Honestly, no matter how good the coffee is, bad service kills a business, and this place seriously needs to retrain their employees or hire people who actually want to work. This was beyond unacceptable, and I definitely will not be coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We absolutely love this 7 Brew location—from the menu to the amazing team, everything about it is fantastic. The only thing that could be improved is the entrance layout. For some reason, it visually appears wide enough for cars to enter both lanes and exit at the same time, but in reality it’s a bit too narrow, which seems to confuse drivers and can make things feel tight. Extending the entrance by even about five feet, or otherwise adjusting the design, would make traffic flow much more smoothly and safely. Other than that, this location is perfect, and the drinks are so good that we’d love to see them offered even more often and in more places.
