I’ve gone to the same 7 brew many times and have had amazing service (Shelbyville Road, Louisville KY). I love getting their smoothies. I got a small strawberry banana smoothie and noticed they didn’t even fill the cup up all the way, not like a little amount, a pretty noticeable amount. After two sips I realized the taste wasn’t right either, it significantly lacked the usual distinct strong strawberry and banana flavor, this one tastes mainly of ice.
While this made me sad because I had been looking forward to this drink all day, I hope it was just a one time thing and that next time the smoothie will be full and taste better.

Came yesterday for my mom’s birthday drink I bought her. It was a large half and half tea with extra peppermint. It had mostly ice and they did full sweet. She is diabetic. We have been here a handful of times and never had a drink like this before. It was just bad that it was fully sweet when I said half and half and made sure to explain that it was half sweet and half unsweet. Why did I tip? I tipped for the worker who had to be outside, that tip better have gone to her and not the person who made my drink because it was a joke. Again, never any issues until yesterday and it was just not good at all.

I love 7Brew! I always go on Mondays to start off my week and am thoroughly impressed with the speed, friendliness of the staff, and the drinks. It is always a great start to my week. This past week when I went, my service was even better than normal. I was helped by Emalee. She recommended me a new drink which will now be my regular every time I am there. She was so kind and seemed genuinely interested in me and my plans for the day, even though it was early in the morning and cold outside. It made my day!

sweet angel in the drive thru poured my (free bc of points) milkshake into a new cup for me since there was a sizeable chunk of ice. she even offered to remake it but i wasn’t that worried about it (again, free). she put in that work pouring it out and she’s literally just the swaggiest for that yall and the milkshake is bomb

Do not trust them to get your order right. I am lactose intolerant and I ordered half sweet with oatmilk and did not recieve oatmilk or half sweet. The place was completely operated by all teenagers. Lactose makes me sick and I will not return to this location. Also, I waited 15 minutes just to receive a coffee I couldn’t drink, and I couldn’t go back and try to fix it because I had movie tickets and was already late.

So I go to this 7 Brew absolutely every day I tip every time I come. I don’t make a fuss, when they refuse to take orders and sit in the back talking and laughing And it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive-through so today I had to work at seven I come in for the bracelet. I buy three large drinks this shift lead who is one of the worst ones about standing around and not doing anything then tells me that she can’t give me the bracelet because I’m 15 minutes early that’s petty and rude and not good client service. I am a manager in retail much Higher volume than a seven brew, I would never treat a client like that ever it’s not what you do for your loyal customers. The management used to be good. They used to be fast and efficient, and now you are lucky if they even come out to take your order before you were at the checkout stand. I know it’s just a bracelet, but I love seven brew so I really wanted it. Now I may have to go back to Starbucks.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at 7 Brew today. It took 15–20 minutes just to get one drink, and there were only five people in front of me. The line barely moved, and the staff didn’t seem to have much urgency. I expected much faster service, especially since 7 Brew is supposed to be known for its quick drive-thru. The drink itself was fine, but definitely not worth the long wait.
