My wife had been on me to go here, and she caught me in a weak moment (I normally don’t go to chains), and it wasn’t bad. The server was amazing. The food actually tasted fresh and had a good flavor, except the Cole slaw, which was terrible. But we’re not here for Cole slaw. The inside is typical Applebees/Fridays/every other similar place. That’s not a bad thing, it’s just played out. Will I go back? Maybe. But maybe isn’t a no, so we shall see.

We love coming to this location! The staff love having kids there. They are super accommodating and very friendly! The high chairs for the high tops are fantastic! We don’t have to wait extra long for a standard table. Great margaritas!

Food quality has gone down hill. The more concerning issue is how slick the floor is. A worker fell and an ambulance had to come. My kids were sliding all over the tile in the bar and bathroom area. They must not be cleaning this location properly and there is now a grease layer on the floor. It’s ridiculous that you cannot walk without feeling safe. This is the second time we’ve been here in a month and a half and it’s the same issue. If they can’t get the floor clean they should shutdown out of concern for safety of patrons and their workers.

We haven’t been to 54th street in a while. No particular reason just haven’t been. We arrived and was greeted promptly and kindly. Told there would be a short wait and asked if that was ok. We were fine with the wait. We were seated and promptly greeted by our waitress who answered all our questions with a smile. We asked for recommendations and we went with them and were very happy we did. Our food was cooked perfectly and our drinks were delicious. I think we’ll be back sooner than later.

We had a great lunch today, with Sara providing excellent and attentive service. The strawberry salad was delicious, as were the giant tater kegs. They have a really great deal where you can get dinner for 2 for $40, which consists of 1 munchie (appetizer), 2 entrees, and 1 dessert, and believe me it’s more than enough food! Definitely worth coming back

Last night at 10 pm we had a blonde server who didn’t seem too busy and took a bit of time for the food and bringing the appetizer which wasn’t too big of a deal. That was until we were going to pay and asked if they do military discount and was informed that only active members would get a discount which makes absolutely no sense considering we’ve gotten military discount there before and to think if any retired members decided to use their id they’d get denied? Just didn’t make much sense to either of us so don’t have much of a good experience.

Had the nachos and they were fantastic. Some of the best I have ever had. Will definitely go back and try something different. We did have some issue checking out. The server had to go back to ask questions a couple of times. Not sure if she may have been new or not which is understandable.

Service has always been good. They do a really good country fried steak. I appreciate the side choices too, especially the veggies with multiple choices of vegetables. Nice variety on the menu too – something for everyone .

Food wasn’t hot and fresh. The bread on my Cajun chicken Philly was rock hard to the point I couldn’t eat it. Flavor was good and the service was great.
