El Palazzo has a dimly lit atmosphere that doesn’t feel very inviting. While the place is old, it lacks warmth or character. The staff are nice and welcoming, which is a plus. The music is okay, nothing special. As for the food, it’s decent but overall just mid-range and not particularly memorable.my toasty tastes really flat. Food should be improved

I had the pizza but the girls had some very tasty pasta. Went a bit late in the evening so not many other diners in at the time. Let my daughter take her unfinished pasta home . Had it cold for lunch the following day and just as nice.

I think we had worst experience here, the food had fabric dust with some hair in it. We didn’t complain about hair first since we thought it’s okay things happen. Then after we found the fabric dust along with another hair inside the pizza. We brought that into notice of the waitress but she said said I have told the kitchen. That’s it nothing more. They still asked us to pay the full amount. I also asked them to reduce some amount but the waitress didn’t listen and simply said I can’t do it. The taste was also not so good. Overall worst experience service, staff and food.
