He envisioned a place that would accommodate a consistently crowded dining room as well as a lively bar crowd, while offering the quality food and drinks that exceed national chain competitors. The wife took me here for the first time the other day, and it has easily become one of my favorite spots . I like the setup, bar on one side, and dining on the other side. Our waitresses was fairly new but excellent at the same time. My wife says her name was Liz (I hope that’s right). The drinks and food were delicious! 54th Street Restaurant, got yourself a repeat customer!! Great job!!

Our family had a delicious dinner last night. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with sautéed vegetables and a biscuit, I got the Lieutenant Dan’s fried shrimp with grilled asparagus and adult mac & cheese, and my daughter got the chicken nuggets with adult mac & cheese and a dish of ice cream. We also purchased a side of sweet potato fries for the table and my husband and I purchased yummy adult beverages for ourselves as well.

Great family restaurant with a separate area for adults wanting to hang out to watch a game. The food was amazing. Service was even better than the food. We went on a Saturday evening, and there was plenty of seating, no long wait time. Many choices to choose from kids menu.

I had the garlic lemon pepper wings, which ended up being pretty big pieces for wings. The flavor was spot on and the wings were crispy . My wife had the chicken fried steak which turned out to be a little on the tough side, which was a disappointing.

Let me st@rt off this review w/ saying a huge thank you to the cooks/ staff and our waiter Bryan. I came here once before 2 yrz ago here’s my UPDATE!!! All I can say is from the time I sat down I felt nuthn but good vibez. You could smell the amazing food, see the beautiful drinx, n outstanding portionz of well plated dishes. Wow! From the food, to the atmosphere, ol’ skool tunez, good vibez, n incredible customer service. Me along w/ another one of my fellow flight attendantz/crashpad mate started out by tryn sum of the appetizerz from the large menu. We order the shrooms, fried calamari, n the chesapeake bay crab cakes. Of course I had to get me a cup of loaded potato soup cause y not All I can say is Yum then for my entree I had the artichoke, spinach pasta w/ shrimp, chicken and garlic bread. Again yum everything was so flavorful n had it’s own unique taste. My fellow fa got the blackened chicken club salad w/ avocado n boiled eggs. The portionz served here r so unexpected n as flight attendants we definitely appreciate them. U definitely get more bang for ur buck when coming here. Needless to say I will definitely b back to try everything on the menu at least once n mayb even a dessert if I haven’t stuffed myself enough lol. Definitely recommend this restaurant/ bar for anyone n everyone of all agez. Food was good. The waitress told me not to order the Brussel sprouts because they had raisins. After research, they didn’t have raisins. I got the baked potato, it was as dry as my 90 year old Uncle Bob’s sense of humor.

Came here on evening because we wanted to try a new spot. We sat at the bar and the bartender was really nice and he had great customer service. They have plenty of beers on tap (always a plus) We ordered the boneless wings, they were not the best, very bland. Tequila wrappers, very very good, so much flavor and honestly my favorite. The last one we ordered was the fry me some cheese, this was bland as well, not good. We may try to come back and get some meals to try instead of the appetizers, we were not too hungry when we came.
