The service was excellent, the atmosphere was nice, clean, and comfortable. The appetizers were delicious, unfortunately, I ordered a medium-well-done steak and it came out extremely rare, I mean, I knew instantly when it came out and it was a good 3 in thick that it was not going to be cooked per ordered. I ended up cutting/fileting it into 3 pieces and and it was so raw that it was cold to the touch inside. The server was very tentative, and nice as far as wanting to try to fix/ make our experience better. But by that time the other people in my group were already finished eating. Just left it be, the server took off the meal from the bill obviously. Hopefully if in town, next time we can try again.

Really spacious and nice venue, plenty of TV with sports on, some games to play and plenty of seating area for large parties. All ages can come enjoy here. I tried one of the draft IPAs and ordered the sliced prime rib sandwich, it was surprisingly really good. Our party of 6 enjoyed all of their meals, and the waitress was attentive and good with refills etc. My only gripe is the bathrooms, they were horrendous, and I doubt anyone was checking them, that’s generally a bad sign of hygiene.

The service was great! We had a great time in this family-friendly establishment. My chicken fried chicken was quite undercooked, but everything else was great! The waiting staff was attentive and polite, with many jokes and laughs being exchanged.

The place is spacious and not overcrowded like other eateries. The waitress was nice. Now the prime rib sandwich (not the official name) was delicious. Season well but not salty, tender and definitely makes me want to come back. And I will. My daughter had the jalapeños popper burger it was good too. Now the reason I can’t give them a higher rating is the tater tots tasted like it came from Walmart. My daughter western burger was not hot and not all that. My other daughter chicken stripe were good and she always eating chicken stripe. Nevertheless I will back for the prime rib

My sandwich was great, but my husband’s steak was 95% fat. He got to eat like 6 bites and had a pile of fat left. He said the potatoes and coleslaw with his meal were good. He mentioned it to our waitress and she did take it off our bill.

The gal that served us was extremely nice and made sure we always had drinks and anything else we needed. So service was great, food was a different issue. Pizza was ok, very large pieces of pork and pineapple on the hawaiian, the fried pickles have way too much batter on them, but the spinach artichoke dip and naan bread was really good.

Our server Nolan was awesome. And the servers in general usually are. Its the kitchen where things fall apart. It typically takes 40+ minutes to even get appetizers. This particular evening my husband received a hot sandwich while I was given Luke warm to cold pulled pork nachos. The flavor was great, but it was actually cold, like it had been sitting there for a while.
