Their rating lives up the expectations! I sat at the bar, vibe was super chill. Excellent customer service. I started with the Macoletta Salad. It was very tasteful. The Homemade Meatballs were perfect, sauce was amazing and made with fresh tomatoes. Meatballs were paired with a soft yet crispy bread for dipping. Lastly, the Breasola & Straciatella was a home run! Fresh, flavorful and the perfect size.

Pizza was so good! The pizza dough was tasty, cooked with an appropriate amount of char, and the ingredients all tasted fresh. The restaurant was well kept and clean and our host/waiter was so enthusiastic about taking care of us we thought that he owned the place! We would definitely go back here again!

The pizza was absolutely fantastic! Neapolitan style. Tasted like I was eating in Italy (I have been there and done that), so good! Emek was a wonderful host, he graciously and kindly cleaned up our mess when our son accidentally spilled and broke a bottle of water. Came in on a cold snowy night in January. That the place was open made it a win, the delicious pizza and friendly service were all a wonderful bonus. Had the white based pizza with lamb sausage – absolutely delicious. Nils looked after me with charm and warmth at the bar. Great spot for a good pizza in Brooklyn.

I really loved the customer service and location of this restaurant. While the flavor of my margherita pizza was fabulous, unfortunately the crust was soggy 🙁 it would be perfect if they can make the crust a bit more stiff, since this is a wood-fired pizza.
