Coffee. Food. Cocktails. Urban, indie + full of good energy! 32 Shea is an urban cafe with a flex concept where the atmosphere completely transforms from day to night. The days feel like an indie espresso bar / cafe, serving espresso, breakfast + lunch + cocktails. The flow is fast-paced as guests order at the counter, at the drive-thru or pick up carry out orders. Then after 4pm something magical happens, the cafe turns into a trendy lounge / restaurant. The atmosphere is dark and cozy, lit with candles, table service begins and cocktails + dinner are served. At the center of it all- a lush patio. It has been stated by many guests that they feel like they are in two completely different establishments in this neighborhood oasis.

32nd Shea never disappoints. I decided to visit them today since most likely be moving back into the neighborhood and living within a close proximity of their restaurant. One of the employees suggested I get the Thai Chicken Bowl and this thing was unbelievable. In the past, I was a regular customer here, especially since I lived next door at Rancho Sierra Apartments. The large lightly iced white mocha was delicious as expected. It’s really incredible how they’ve changed this building from its original design but I really do like what they did. When I used the bathroom just before eating, I was extremely pleased to see that they still kept that crazy psychedelic looking light show in the bathroom. That’s always something very unique and I’ve never seen any restaurant but them do that out here in the valley.

8/15/25: Great service and nice little spot to relax with a vibrant live feeling. It looks people get wild here at night. Great sandwiches that do not disappoint with the soup. With a try if you’re in the neighborhood and hungry.

The gluten free options are amazing. The tuna sandwich has been fantastic each time so it’s kept me from trying other things because I enjoy it so much. Their coffee is great, both the normal espresso and decaf! The homemade syrups are wonderful

Let’s start this review on a positive note. It’s a super cute place, with great food, that’s been here for a while now. I always wanted to try it & finally did this past year. A couple of months back I picked up a mobile order, their crispy BLT. It was so good, so it made up for the lack of customer service on that quick first visit. Zero interaction or engagement from staff, the vibe was not it. I knew in that moment, no matter how cute it was, this was not a place I would feel comfortable dining in at. Today I decided to give them another shot. I was close by, and craving something fresh & quick. Their stacked turkey sounded delicious, and it was. The vibes from the staff, same as last visit. As staff, I’m not sure that I could give my customer eye contact without greeting or acknowledging or thanking them. But that’s just me, as much as I like the food I don’t think I’ll come back because of the vibes I got. I’m sure not everyone will have/had this same experience, and for those who are received and welcomed, awesome for you!

First time visiting Shea 32 and I will definitely be going back. They have such a cool atmosphere and esthetic both indoors and outside. I had a cappuccino with a touch of their house made Vienna syrup and it was delicious. I was underwhelmed by the bagel and lox for $12.50. The bagel itself was very generic and the lox was minimal and lacking flavor. The jicima carrot red onion mix on top was good, but there was too much of it for my personal preference. It was a gorgeous plate tho. I can’t wait to come back and have a drink at the bar with my husband and experience the evening vibes. I would definitely reccomend this place

We haven’t been here in a while, and I brought my daughter tonight for girls night! The new updates are beautiful, we had a great time on the patio, the food was amazing, and the service was really really great! We live nearby and used to come a lot before it was sold, but it was so enjoyable tonight, we’ll start coming back often! ❤️

I love coming here. Especially, when the staff makes me a p&j sandwich not in the menu!! They always figure out how to keep clients happy. Drinks are nice too. Staff is great. I recommend coming. I come here after a workout, hike or meet up with friends for quick bit.

My girlfriend has celiac and this place was extremely accommodating. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly on a busy Friday night. The braised short rib bowl, gluten free ravioli and gluten free banana walnut cake were 10/10 and even priced reasonably. Can’t recommend this place enough for dinner. Will be coming back for breakfast very soon.
