This is the second time patronizing this establishment. The first time they put onions I didn’t take a picture and I said no onions whatsoever then they send me this. Now I have proof that they put onions on my burger. I don’t eat onions.. this is clearly what .1x Classic Cheese Burger

When I opened the bag, it looked like they just threw everything in there without a care. The burger was a disaster overflowing with coleslaw to the point that the packaging was soaked and dripping. When I picked it up, the whole thing literally fell apart in my hands. You can see in the pictures: the tomato slice was hacked up, and the whole burger looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Maybe it was old, or maybe just made with zero effort either way, it was inedible.
The chili dog wasn’t any better. The bun had chunks missing and the cheese was exploding out the bun like they just dumped it in and hoped for the best. It looked gross and tasted worse.
I actually felt nauseous after trying to eat this food. For $23, I would’ve been better off throwing my money straight in the trash. Save yourself the trouble DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a milkshake from this place, and as soon as I took a sip, I noticed something was off it tasted sour and had a strange texture and it smelled funny, I don’t know how this place and sell something like this I will be contacting corporate DONT NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Saw this place driving by and my daughter pointed it out. Decided to try it out on a whim and the place did not disappoint. Had the mushroom burger and my daughter has one of the hot dogs which turned out to be a little too spicy for her taste. The staff went above and beyond and brought out some nuggets instead.

Upon entering the place we well lit, very clean and I was welcomed by staff. Asked for bathroom first and was politely directed, the restroom was sanitized and smelled amazing. My server Amad was very knowledgeable of menu and patient with me indecisive of my choice being it was my first time there. He explained they’ve been open for a week and the only thing that wasn’t up was the fountain machine. Everything in the menu was available an I came later in the evening. Good was great I hot the glad dry of burger with blue cheese crumbles I altered it and it was done with no hassle. My friend prefer the Ruben burger, he was satisfied as well. The other waitresses were very pleasant as well. I am a stickler for great customer service I value this dearly and was they checked off all the qualities. Prices weren’t bad at all I paid roughly 30 for two meals and drink but quality over quantity.

Got my Burger in 10 minutes Burger wasn’t made to order burger was very salty. burger taste like it was heated up. Everything else on the burger was good fresh lettuce tomato onion bacon. The sauce on the side was good. I give them one more chance before I decide if I support. Smash Burger is still #1 because burger is made to order freshly made with a 25 minute wait

I called this establishment 3x n tried to tell them that the door Dasher gave me the wrong order.i called they never answered he gave my order to someone else n I got their order their food is horrible a cheeseburger wit half a ton of mayo no seasoning over sized tomatoes and pickles fries were oily ah n the Panini was dry n tasteless I wouldn’t order from here which I never did in the first place but their food quality is horrible… Please don’t go here!!!

This was my first encounter. The atmosphere was clean and the service pleasant. I ordered a hot coco. The cashier explained the process to me and that it would take a few minutes (5) to make. Once the hot coco was ready, the staff person brought it to my table. Great service

I was sorely disgusted at the conditions of this place. The aesthetics were okay primarily because the previous tenant, McDonald’s, had already done all the work. But the upkeep was problematic. What’s worse than that is the fact that the individuals handling the food seemingly have no food safety training; touching their personal phones, hair, and noses while wearing the same gloves they used to prepare the food. I had to insist that gloves be changed. Never again. I should’ve known beforehand. My fault.
