Our family was out of town on New Years Eve and hadn’t realized they had a select menu for New Years Eve, but the waitress offered us the option of anything on the menu since they weren’t overly busy since it was late. She was extremely kind and inviting and interacted with our kids just as much as us. We really enjoyed our dinner. Fantastic salad bar also!! The steaks were amazing as were the garlic mashed potatoes! Highly recommend this place!!

This is the first time we have eaten there since the remodel, and OMGAWDZ! First off, let me tell you, since living in Watertown and trying all the different places that serve prime rib, I have been underwhelmed at each place that we have tried, until now! (I’m still having the prime rib dream). Upon sinking my teeth in that succulent and juicy cut of heavenly beef, my brain warped into a cosmic delirium of an ancient handed-down sensation that made me want to yell out a Paleolithic grizzly wale and drum on my chest like a gorilla that would make any sissy creature shudder with fear in the surrounding 4 block radius, but I managed to not make that scene. After that marvelous experience, I was looking around with a new profound sense of the world around me,,, I noticed that the atmosphere was sufficiently suited for the likes of any intense feeding experience that one might have. In conjunction with the atmosphere, the servers (dream makers) were highly competent in the ways of the culinary consummation. I will be back!

Our waitress was Mandy P. From the moment we walked in, no one was friendly. She rushed our table asking about drinks, food. Said we werent ready just sat down. She came back within minute, asking Now you ready? We got the salad bar with our meals and instantly right behind us she cleared the salad bar. The bruchetta chicken pasta was disgusting doused in oil and dried chicken. My spouse said his spicy chicken pasta was gross. Our children wouldn’t even touch their fries it was that bad. She never once asked us about refills, she just constantly rushed us, taking plates away, bringing boxes which one she took back that we asked for and we couldn’t pay fast enough apparently. We literally were in and out within 20 mins. So rude! No hospitality at all and they were still open for another hour with maybe 4 other patrons in establishment. We were in the area visiting, talk about one of the worst dining experiences.

This was our first visit. Alfredo was recommended by waitress…. it was just ok. Not much garlic… or other flavor and breadsticks was so hard and dry. The ribs were also very dry and not enjoyable unfortunately. The waitress was not attentive even tho the restaurant was empty other than a few people at the bar. It was nice having a salad bar tho. Lastly, it’s a pet peeve of mine when the salt and pepper shakers are dirty. These were beyond gross…. i immediately felt caked on gunk when I grabbed it and then noticed someone had poured pepper into the salt shaker. Yuck!

When we arrived we were sat immediately and then our waitress (Mandy) came over and it went downhill from there. She took our drink order and was not thrilled when we asked what was on tap. We finally ordered something commin to make it easy. She said you saw the specials? When we said no, she was not happy to tell us about it. She said it was fried fish and a side. When asked what kind of fish she replied fried and walked away. She brought our drinks and took our order of 2 fried fish with baked potatoes and a rare prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes. She started to walk away and was annoyed that we wanted to order an appetizer. Someone else brought our appetizer out when it was ready, and we didn’t see our waitress until she brought our food out, She put the prime rib in front of our son and said “this is more medium well than rare but that’s what you get”. It was definitely well done and not very appealing to someone who likes rare. She should have let him know so he could have ordered something else (like a steak). The fish was way over done and not warm and the baked potatoes were actually burned!! The food and service both were both lacking.

We walked in and it was a little confusing how it was set up. But when we did a Lady greeted us and it wasn’t very pleasant. When we were seated we got asked about what drinks we were having and it was from another Lady, she was being pretty rude and basically just wanted us to hurry up and know what we want even thought we were new to coming but after she apologized and said she was dealing with things with drink menu or something. But even with that I still think if you are working you should atleast be able keep your etiquette and be respectful and nice. Once we ordered our drinks we ordered a diet coke, and a coke. She forgetten which was which so she grabbed the drinks and put her nose to it and smelled it to see if it was the drink which was digusting and my friend thought her nose touched the rim! After that we got to ordering by the first lady that greeted us and she was getting disrespectful again excepting us to know what we want and when we asked questions for an allergy she gave snarky answers back again basically wanting to get it over with us. When we got the food it was very good the food was amazing and yummy. But the service wasn’t the best in my opinion i felt if you weren’t a regular or someone who lives there u do get treated different is less i’m mistaken and it was just a one time bad experience but that would make me never go again. So if u want good food go there but if you wanna be treated disrespectfully until the end where they get a tip go there aswell. and the baked potao was very dry so i wouldn’t recommend that either

3rd time at this place and today was by far the worst experience my boyfriend and I had. First 2 times were great so quite disappointed this time around. Our appetizers seemed like they were brought out after sitting for a few mins, were almost cold. Our waitress never checked on us and our drinks were forgotten about for over 10 mins and when we got them they were wrong. My boyfriend also had a hair in his food and in his drink. The person who gave us the best service was the person who took our card. Very disappointed.

Our waitress was one rude person. My boyfriend went to go ask her for a glass of wine. She then started to pour it and did t even talk to him. She just walked past him and brought it to the table. Thaking our order She was rude. Asking her for anything seemed like an inconvenience. If I could give a negative star, I would. Great food, tho

I grew up in Watertown and this was my absolute favorite spot to eat. I came home for a favorite meal, found the restaurant had been completely remodeled! It looks great!
Now to why were only giving 3 stars.
Our hostess cleaned a booth for us (grateful) as I have a 4 month old. I ran to the bathroom and came back, no highchair for baby. We sat for about 15 minutes and our server walked by and made eye contact with us several times. I had to basically death stare the host to have her to tell the server to come serve us. After waiting 15 minutes, she only wanted to take our drinks. I had to request to put food in. I also had to wait until my salad was served to ask for a high chair. Our drinks came after I had sat and eaten my appetizer and asked for a manager after we had been served, because the server was too busy chatting with the other servers, flirting with her boyfriend, twirling her long hair that was pulled back so she wouldn’t touch it, and serving beers at the bar. My partner and I had enough time to make it a game of how many things she was doing except for serving us. She came back to the table, once, to ask how our food was after walking by our table several times while her manager took care of us. The manager was also very dismissive of our complaints. We were in at about 8:30pm.
The saving grace was a kind group that paid for our meal as a pay it forward! We cannot wait to pass it on.
Overall, I’m disappointed in the service here, but the atmosphere and the food was great.
