3/3 times I’ve come and have had to have my drink remade because they didn’t shake the almond milk prior to making the drink. It’s such a small thing but it makes a world of difference in the final product. I am a Starbucks snob and will know if my drink is wrong by the color when it’s handed to me. I have no shame. Will it stop me from patroning the location? No…I’ll just remind them to shake it up. 🙂

Well let’s start off by just saying that we didn’t even get a hello or welcome to Starbucks on top of that the cashier just stood there and stared at us so finally I asked if we could order now and she said sure just tell me what you want which I found very odd and confusing… So then after ordering two frappuccinos and one ice matcha 18 minutes later the drinks were ready The worst part about it was there was several baristas available and they were making what drink at a time I found that very odd. Then once I tasted it it tasted like they just slapped everything in a cup was so nice and put a label on it and put it on the counter with an attitude. Normally I have very good service and enjoy going inside to this Starbucks but after today’s shenanigans I might have to pass Tim Hortons is right across the street I’m always greeted with a smile and wish to have a good day upon leaving

A few months ago I went to Starbucks in Lockport for the first time and I didn’t know what to get, but luckily, Paul was able to help me out and tell me what he recommended. He recommended a strawberry matcha and it was delicious. It was incredibly easy to order and the staff there were so sweet. Thank you Paul and the Starbucks staff for a wonderful experience!

Came in and got a small iced Macchiato. The drink smelled like spoiled milk. I asked for it to be remade and they used the same carton of milk without further inspection of it. I know there are best by dates but that doesn’t mean things cant go bad before then. I should not be spending 7 dollars on a drink that smelled like eggs and sewage.

We have had long wait times more than once, this most recent time (today) we placed our orders inside and waited OVER 30 MINUTES for 2 drinks. I’ve had speedier experiences with the drive thru and understand that the employees probably have to prioritize that, but a 30 minute wait is insane. It wasn’t just our drinks, everyone else in the cafe was there just as long as we were or longer.

I’ve never seen a Starbucks worker be so disrespectful to staff before I think her name is Kim. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Someone fire her!!! Employees are human too
