An all around good spot for brunch or dinner especially for a group. The Banana French Toast was the highlight and excellent to share with a group. Good balance of sweetness and decadence that hits just right! I got the Short Rib Hash that was savory and filling. It came with sunny side eggs on top too. The service is pretty standard and friendly. Overall, good spot and would come back!

Had another great experience, and they were busy. Terrence was our waiter, and as always great service and great food.

Very open space, can be loud when busy, but very clean, comfortable seating. For BIG GUYS the metal, leather, no armed chairs will support you, dont let looks deceive you.
I was created immediately at the front desk, and my waiter, Terrance(?spelling) was fast to serve, and greated me with a friendly smile.
I ordered their bloody Mary, and it was delicious with a nice kick, and muddled peppers?(see pictured)
Ultimately, I ordered their fish n chips with horseradish cole slaw. Fish n chips is a pet peave of mine, and they definitely delivered. Tasty, light and crispy. The cole slaw, packed a nice punch as expected yet still had the sweet edge, with enough cream to prevent it from being dry.
I also ordered the sour dough beer cheese pretzel, enough to share with the table, but I was alone so, yup, take home!
I had pleased, but as I always say “I/we, really enjoyed it, but you’ll have to make your own decisions.”
Try it! You never know, you may enjoy it as well!

We recently visited 1501 Gastropub for dinner on a Friday night, and the first thing that stood out was the vibe. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and the outdoor seating is absolutely fabulous—perfect for a relaxed evening out. It’s clearly a popular spot, as the restaurant was packed when we arrived.

We started with the crispy calamari, which was genuinely delicious. Perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned, but the real star was the aioli—it elevated the dish and was easily the highlight of our meal.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. Our dinner took a very long time to arrive, which was disappointing, especially given how busy the night already was. I ordered the entrée portion sautéed shrimp Thai-style salad, and sadly, it didn’t deliver. The dressing was underwhelming and tasted more like a mix of soy sauce and vinaigrette rather than the bold, balanced Thai flavors we were expecting.

Not sure if this was a one-off situation, but between the long wait and the lackluster main dish, we didn’t end up enjoying the evening food-wise as much as we’d hoped. The ambiance and starters show a lot of promise, but consistency in the kitchen would really make a difference.

We had dinner here on New Year’s eve after researching the area and making reservations here prior to our arrival to Palm Springs.

We got seated very quickly during our scheduled reservations time. The host was nice and welcoming.

We ordered a few drinks before our meal and had the Steak and Frites and Braised Kobe Short Ribs. Both meals were delicious and cooked to perfection and the drinks were very refreshing.

Our waiter was nice and friendly and very attentive. We set outdoors on the patio and it was nice and warm with the patio heaters.

Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience.

The food was delicious, but the service could be better. I asked for hot sauce to an employee and didn’t even stop to acknowledge me. We did enjoy the location and views of the desert. We will be back though

We showed up on a Thursday with no reservation and got a table with no wait. I remarked to my wife after we left that this was the first time in 5 years that I have eaten at a respectable restaurant and had truly great service. Our server was top notch. Timing was impeccable.

Our food was perfect. I wish all of our dining experiences could be half as good as this one. Will be coming back next time we are in Palm Springs.

Stopped in for dinner, forgetting it was Valentines day. Obviously there were no tables, but we sat at the bar and enjoyed a nice happy hour.

Came back later in the week. No reservation, no tables. We waited a few minutes and they rearranged the seating to allow us and another couple to be seated.
The place was packed, but service was fast and the food was very good. I had the brick chicken which was very tender, juicy and flavorful. My wife had the chicken sandwich. Huge sandwich. She brought 3/4 home with her. Also very tasty.
It was nice to find this good of a place this close to where we were staying.

We came with a large group and found great AC, good service, a nice atmosphere, delicious drinks and yummy food!
We had a couple of kids with us and the kids menu had some minimal and subpar options but the adult menu, drinks and the rest made up for it.
They handled the group well with support from a few servers. I had the ahi salad and also the strawberry burrata salad and both were delicious.

Randomly drove by and saw them open on Christmas day. Wasn’t disappointed. Ambience was great( we ate on the patio) . I had the Reuben sandwich with fries which was great. My husband had the cubana which was also great. My daughter had th salmon and everything was made fresh. Loved the fries they were cut with dips in them for better dipping ( could’ve used more ketchup). We live in Riverside but will definitely be back

I came in on a Friday at 6:45 and seated immediately. From food and drinks, to service, this place was exceptional. Unique and delicious vegan options like the crab cakes, carrot cake, and shepherds pie! (Other vegan options available as well). Love to see elevated plant based options! Service was right on time without fail. The cocktail menu surprised me with their bang for the buck (tried four different drinks, all fantastic). Highly recommend!
