I had a recent visit to Applebee’s, and while there were some ups and downs, overall it was a memorable meal.
The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with fettuccine alfredo and garlic breadstick perfectly cooked, flavorful, and so satisfying. We also had the spinach & artichoke dip with tortilla chips, which was creamy, cheesy, and paired wonderfully with the salsa.
Our waiter was incredibly sweet, attentive, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
However, I was very disappointed with the hostess experience. We waited around 20 minutes specifically for a booth, but we were seated at a high table instead. What made it frustrating was seeing the family right behind us get seated at a booth immediately. It felt unfair and put a damper on an otherwise great meal.
Overall: Amazing food and wonderful wait staff, but the seating process definitely needs improvement.

Wow, the atmosphere here at lunch feels like Cheers the old tv show. Everyone knew each other and having fun, the Bartender Melissa was wonderful.

I’m writing a review because my parents are too nice for that. We went to Applebees for a quick appetizer at around two thirty (not a busy time at all) because we were all pretty hungry. My mother ended up grabbing us menus because we never got any. We sat for 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order. We did get a glance from a couple people though. We ended up leaving.

Everything seem to come out fresh but my fries wasn’t fresh. They redropped some older fries to replace the ones I had . I wasn’t happy . The quesadillas were just threw together with no MEAT. The burger had no seasoning or flavor, the chicken strips were soggy instead of crispy . The drinks tasted completely like water (lemonades). The service was okay. I spent almost 100$ and wasn’t happy at all. They only took off 2$ for military.

The server was sweet. My drink got messed up, tried to explain it to the bartender but someone in my party made it too confusing so I wound up not drinking it. But $5 for a side of onion rings and you’re gonna call a side of onion rings 5 rings??? I’d stick to any other side BUT the onion rings unless you want to be cheated out of your money.

Service is slow. Average food. Asked for medium steak, it was almost well done. Boneless wings were dry n had a strange flavor. Bourbon chicken was juicy, and shrimps were flavorful. Kids’ pizza was soggy

Always a good experience with everything. We like to go after the big rush. No matter how much some be tired and sweaty. They still smile and are very nice. I always feel if someone is giving bad reviews most of the time it’s that person that likes to complain about everything. It’s that person that you can never satisfy. It seems that Applebee’s must treat their employees good or hire the right people for the job because I’ve never had a bad time no matter witch one I go to. Great servers & great food. Even during rush hours they still are smiling & making sure your experience is going good. 5 stars 4 me.

Had lunch here today and the experience was disappointing. My husband ordered a plain chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon on the side, specifically asking for no lettuce or anything else. When the food came out the first time, it had everything on it. He sent it back immediately, and the bartender who took our order even showed us she had marked all those items as 86’d.
About five minutes later they brought the sandwich back out. My husband flipped it over and realized they had simply scraped everything off and served the same sandwich again. At that point, the food was cold and we had no idea what else had been done to it, so he declined it altogether.
The bartender apologized and called the manager over to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the manager offered no apology, no acknowledgement, and no kind of compensation for my husband having to wait with no meal while I finished mine. Yes, they didn’t charge him for the sandwich he didn’t eat—but the complete lack of care from management left a bad impression.
Because of this, we likely won’t return. My husband definitely won’t. The bartender did her best, but management clearly did not.

Sat at the bar, and the bartender was really nice and engaging she was super busy mostly fixing the blender for a milk shake and restocking things so I did have to wait on my drink. I was there at 8 pm so maybe there was a big dinner rush before me. Still she was nice. The new grilled cheese cheeseburger wae the bomb. So good

Enjoyed my lunch! Had the chicken sandwich that came with fries and drink for 9.99. Also ordered the taco lunch with a salad and drink for 9.99. The food was tasty and fresh. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the men’s room. They had paper towels by the door to keep my hands clean as I touched the handle. Will be back here for sure,
