Wow is all I can say. 110 Grill is usually a safe bet, as I have always enjoyed several locations. This location was horrible. This chain is notoriously busy at most locations. Not this one, 1/4 full at best on a Sunday evening at 6. That had me wondering. The 3 of us all ordered the same thing, the steak tips. Had them at 110 many times, and always enjoyed them. Well, we ordered 2 for medium rare, and one for medium. What we all got was well done. Bourbon glazed? Are you kidding? Tasted like a splash of white wine and then grilled to medium brown. That was just the food. Apparently, one of the employees, (guessing a manager) seemed to think it was okay to park their UN-attended kids in a booth for six near where we were sitting. One was maybe 6 the other maybe 4. Wrestling around and making noise, running around the kitchen/server area, no shoes, all over the booth with those same socks that just ran around the restaurant floor. On what planet is this okay? Especially at a 110 Grill. I called the manager over at that point and told him of our experience. The one tiny bit of credit goes to the manager for taking 50% off the bill. The rest was an utter fail. Sorry folks, that is squarely on poor management. Everyone is hurting for help, but at least train the ones you have. No more 110 Grill for this family.

Great place for lunch after a movie. Steak was good, fried pickles were a treat, and Mac n cheese is always better with meat. The staff was great taking a random walkin of 8.

Excellent Experience! I wanted to take the entire family to a fun dinner before seeing a movie in the same plaza. Longhorn was unable to even let us wait for a table until the entire party arrived. The two women that helped me on the phone and in person were providing much better quality service than would be expected. Our server Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. All of the food was extremely fresh and delicious including the drinks. Thank you for a better than expected visit.

Went there with my husband. The waitress was SUPER FRIENDLY my husband ordered a red sangria which the waitress recommended him that and he loved it. He ordered the shrimp scampi and I ordered the bbq pulled pork Mac and cheese. Ok now my food was DELICIOUS but his on the other hand lacked seasoning. It tasted like just butter. No bueno. The waitress came by and we were honest about it so she removed that from the bill and ended up getting a veggie stir fry which tasted really good! For dessert we shared a maple bread pudding which we definitely enjoyed!!! We will definitely come back and bring our children since the food and service was great.

On 2/19, we ordered a flourless chocolate cake as dessert. My mother, who was celebrating a birthday, pulled a long hair from inside the cake. We brought this to the attention of the waitress, who said she would inform the manager. The manager never came to our table and there was no apology for the hair or credit toward our bill. As frequent customers, we were appalled by the service and will choose to eat at a different 110 in the future.

This was my first time coming here. The waiter was very nice when he greeted me. However, things got worse. I ordered a medium rare steak and it took over a half hour to come out. By the time it came out the food was cold. Steak was cooked properly but the sides were cold. Than the waiter asked if I wanted another drink and I wanted a different beer but as he was taking my order he was helping another table. When my drink came back it was not what I ordered.
