Ok, y’all, when I tell you this spot right here is the place, believe that! I don’t care where you live, how far the drive, it is worth every minute of it!! First off the place is clean clean, the music is jamming, softly playing, the service, oh the service, I’ve never had it like that before. Ms. Auntie was super amazing. I got a chance to sit and chat with Alicia, the owner, and just loved her vibe! She’s amazing. I hope nothing but blessings on her and her family and that she can keep cooking. Food is good, but as usual being black owned they open and close whenever they feel like it. You call on days their supposed to be open nobody answers the phone and their closed. I’m sure they get just enough business to stay up and running. Also their high priced and give small portions. Don’t have your mind set on eating here because they probably will be closed not answering the phone or only accepting drive through orders which probably gonna take forever with bad attitudes at that. But what do you expect.

Absolutely come here again and ordered the perch dinner with a side of macaroni and yams. Portions here are also very generous, but do not leave this place before you try some of their homemade peach cobbler; It’s dangerously good. Seriously.

I have had just about everything on their menu and I have no complaints about that its the service. I don’t like to down play my sister’s because it’s a family oriented business. Like grandma daughter auntie etc. They can be polite even make you laugh! My problem is the youth! The person on the intercom taking the orders is the forefront of your establishment they can make or break you. They had a young man taking drive thru orders rude and loud. Instead of fussing at him I used love encouragement and explain his wrong he dismissed me & lied to my face. But that wasn’t the worse part when trying to come in the dining rm I was told they were closed with customers in there and later coming in. After speaking to the rude young man his mother hands me my bag after listening to me talk with him. See she should have supported me as I was doing all of them. There was another time I purchase peach cobbler and it was extremely oily and made me Ill when i told them i was once again dismissed. Ladies your food is delicious but you are not exempt from making a mistake. The way you handle your customers is important. You may say I’m just one but people will see this and agree it’s more than just food. Treat us right we will do the same! I don’t think I will give my business to an establishment that don’t listen or act accordingly!

Food was very flavorful, seasoned to perfection. Definitely recommend eating here. I ordered the Catfish, macaroni, yams, and banana pudding. Everything was delicious.Also, very good customer service. The lady at drive thru was really nice.

Food was delicious! Wish I took pictures but I fork was quicker than my camera lol Fully enjoyed the catfish dinner and my husband enjoyed the wings. The peach Cobbler was great! Service was awesome as well. Good place for soulfood!

My 1st time having a meal here. I’ll be back.. . Going to let my friends know about this restaurant. The place is neat & clean,. ..The dining room has a nice ambience. I really enjoyed listening to the jazz music while waiting for my order. I had the Mac-N-cheese, collard greens and chicken wings lunch combo. Everything Taste Delicious!…got the 7-up cake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you want to leave a restaurant irritated this is your place! The drive through staff is ALWAYS and I repeat ALWAYS rude. From the order taker who you can barely hear an introduction to the people at the window. Don’t dare ask them about how long it will be because you will get a shoulder shrug and a head nod no as well as the whole staff who should be cooking looking at you with a disgusting look. 10X better soul food… More like 10X the attitude and eye rolls, also must have a breathing issue because all they do is huff and puff…

I’ve only gotten carryout and only side dishes, but it’s excellent every time! Best Greens around, & my wife loves the Fried Okra. Service is always pleasant and friendly.
