I’ve been here before and the food was always pretty decent. However this time I ordered the exact same thing I always do which is a margherita pizza. This time the basil was charred and disgusting it absolutely ruined the pizza. It was very plain and nothing special at all (other than the bitter basil) certainly not $23 worth of pizza. I tried to call and let them know what happened (mind you when I went in the woman was very nice). I told her about the mistake and she told me to call back after 6 when the manager was there. That would’ve been fine except she also tried to lie to me
and tell me they have been doing it that way for about 4 years now. Considering it hasn’t been more than 4 years since I’ve been there and you can CLEALRY see fresh basil added to pizzas in pictures in other recent google reviews, that was all I needed to know I’m not going back after this experience. To be fair the salads are still good, but the pizza is definitely not as food as it used to be and I don’t like being lied to.

I ordered the standard New York Cheese well done. IT WAS AMAZING! We couldn’t be happier. I’m so picky on pizza and only like it spotted and we’ll done so when a place does it right I have to give 5 stars! Wish yall the best!

4.8 Stars, Pleasantly surprised, saw the reviews and expected less. The pizza crust was very, very good. Super delicious, great crunch with a perfect chew to it, just like NY pies. Cheese quality was excellent, sauce was not bad, fresh jalapenos, and sausage was ok. Will definitely keep coming back.

This place was really good. The pizza was fantastic and they were able to accommodate with swapping an ingredient. We also got wings with were delicious but a little too crispy and not wet enough. It was still really good, and I’d order them again, I would just ask for them to be a little more “wet”. We also got the cinnamon sticks and they were too oily for my liking. The guys there were working really hard and seem to enjoy the job. We will be back!

I really want to like this place, so I will give it another try. On the first go around it was not great. My pizza really needed a larger spread of toppings. Out of 8 slices, 4 had literally a single bite worth of toppings, another 2 had about half coverage. It was kinda tough to eat since nearly half the pizza was just chewy bread.
The wings were okay, the sauce was pretty tasty. The wings are those jumbo style you see around. They were juicy and the amount of sauce was not over the top. They are not my preference, but, I’m not going to hold that against them.

I don’t understand how you can see a pizza that is clearly burnt and still give it to the customer. I have children; they are not going to eat burnt pizza neither am I. This just completely went in the trash. I’m are so disappointed. Food is expensive nowadays yet quality remains questionable.

It looked like a cool pizza joint. Until I got the sorry excuse for a pie. Look at it. It’s frickin PATHETIC!! They THAT CHEAP WITH CHEESE?? there is a small BLOB of cheese on EVERY OTHER piece. Our pizza was supposed to be crispy and obviously its not its flimsy and all the topping fell off and when we called them the person was rude and demanded us to come then if we wanted it remade instead of tomorrow just ridiculous!

When I first tried 1000 degrees, it was love at first bite. The pizza is AMAZING! I also like the fact that the wings are finished in the oven for a nice little crisp on the outside.
Here is my issue… My first order of wings was buffalo garlic parm. The sauce was very well balanced and all of the flavors complimented one another. The past 2 times I have ordered these wings has been an utter disappointment. What I have received are wings that have been lightly tossed in a buffalo sauce and coated in a ridiculous amount of minced garlic. It looks like a good half of a jar of minced garlic on 6 wings. I recommend to include in the menu that the wings will be topped with enough garlic to keep the vampires away for eternity. I expected a garlic flavored sauce. I received a thick layer of minced garlic lightly coated in Buffalo sauce, with a hint of wings underneath. I will be putting another $12 in the trash today, because I do not have the time or the patience to wipe the garlic off of the wings. Thankfully I ordered pizza as a backup plan and it is AMAZING as usual! Thanks for getting that part right.
I am editing this review after the response from the business. The lack of accountability for disappointing a customer is appalling. They make it sound like I should be like the other customers that requested chicken wing flavored garlic. My order was placed online. The restaurant chose not to accept special requests. At this point, I’ve put $24 in the trash along with the disgusting wings. I will not eat here again. I will also stop referring people to this establishment based solely on the lack of professionalism in the response.

Impressive, custom, guaranteed are only a few words that can be used to describe this pizza franchise. A basic single 10″ pizza costs $8.95 and includes endless build ! My self-designed pie included several kinds of cheeses, meats, and vegetables all at the base price. The flavor is where they succeed after the sale. The pizza was delicious and very filling leaving only one slice remaining.
