I arrive at Zzeeks Pizza around 7:30 PM looking for a quick bite. The spot is located in a cozy corner of the plaza & they have a beautiful patio with shades for the hot summer days in Arizona.
As soon as I enter the establishment I am given a warm welcome by the team & rung up immediately. When you think of deals you don’t expect to get enormous slices of pizza that could literally be counted as 4 slices for under $12 bucks, sheesh!
Although the food was delicious, the most remarkable aspect of Zzeeks is how clean the kitchen is, even the restrooms are spotless. For any business cleanliness is top priority, but throughout the years It becomes a real challenge, for this reason this place gets a 5 star review, how you do the little things, is how you do everything.

New ownership at this location and the place has been inconsistent since. Order was incorrect – delivery(which they now charge for if you don’t order online) flopped one of my pizzas.
Plus – and for dad the “big bad miss” – they’re shorting on their beer growlers. 5 inches short from the top. Looks like they stopped once it foamed over which isn’t how you fill growlers.
See all the pics – the order was lite pizza sauce because my kids won’t eat it otherwise.
Oh well – probably my last time ordering from here. Had to share.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the homies working tonight. Got the food to the car, looked through it, thought we didn’t get our ranch… went back in and asked if I could get the ranch we paid for and the boys in the front gave me 2 without batting an eye. As we got home and opened everything up, we found our ranch “hiding” from us. Definitely decent having a reliable pizza joint that offers cauliflower crust & vegan cheese! Happy fed family over here tonight.

This was our first time at Zzeeks Pizza. We ate in on Christmas Eve. My family ordered oven baked sandwiches, spaghetti, wings (YUM) and pizza. All were enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and kind. We will be back! We love Zzeeks : )

Recently moved to Arizona from New Jersey and it’s been a bit difficult to find a good slice of pizza. This gets two very big thumbs up. Crust had the perfect crisp, sauce was very good, not too cheesy, and the pepperoni was cooked perfectly without being a greasy mess. Will definitely be coming here whenever I’m in the area

Your order is wrong when it’s delivered (not the first time either, I’ve gotten completely wrong pizzas but have let it slide since Fridays I am sure are hectic and pizzas were still comparable to not bother calling). Recently, they tried to justify that they made it correct. I’ve ordered the crustless bowl with meatballs before, the meatballs are meatballs, instead I got crumbles. I had ordered the same thing 2-3 days before and got meatballs when I picked it up. They tried to explain to me that they crumble the meatballs. Usually I have no complaints other than their consistency with their calzones isn’t the same and seems to depend on who is working, but when they are perfect, they are really good, when they’re not, they’re ugh, and disappointing. What bothers me most, though, is the supervisor who promised to mail me a certificate after that last crustless pizza bowl fiasco (which was a total appetite-killer). Still nothing. Where’s the follow-through? Totally lost my trust here—super disappointed. Sad, because I was just thinking of ordering a few pizzas and calzones from them just now and I recalled this certificate and lack of follow through from early last month. Venezia’s Pizza it is tonight.

I had been wanting to try Zesty Zzeeks Pizza for quite awhile and was glad they were right next to where my friends and I met for drinks. We got a half pepperoni, half white pizza, and it was delicious! The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were flavorful! I’ll definitely be back!
