My husband is from Long Island so is very picky about bagels. A student of mine recommended this place so we checked it out, and were not disappointed! The bagels were delightfully chewy and flaverful. I got an everything bagel egg and cheese sandwich, and my husband got a sesame bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I also loved that the egg yolks were still a bit jammy, even while being fully cooked. Our 4 year old got the Nutella brioche donut which was a monster – we had to help him finish it. The donut texture was so light while also having some chew to it, and it was absolutely crammed full with Nutella.

The space is on the small side, which is cozy when there isn’t a wait. We got in about 9:30 on a Sunday morning when there was no line and spaces to sit. But by 9:45 or 10, all the tables were taken and there was a line to the door. So it pays to get there early, or to order ahead and take it to go.

The only downside is that, if you are used to Long Island prices, it will kill a little something in your soul to pay $13 for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich, or $6 for a bagel and schmear. But if that’s what we have to pay for a good bagel in Seattle, I guess we will pay up, because we will definitely be coming back.

I’m a huge bagel connoisseur! Loved the availability of flavors and different cream cheese varieties. However was disappointed with the service of the cashier. I understand being masked for whatever reason one chooses but they need to speak with a bit more volume and understand when people don’t understand what they’re saying for one. Secondly the bagel itself had an excessive amount of cream cheese on it requiring much more maintenance to enjoy. Maybe this is a one off and they’re generally kind, but the annoyance the cashier showed to be asked, well anything was definitely oft putting. Nice music volume and clean store and excellent to have a bagel spot in pinehurst!

Update February 25, 2026 …they added this new system where you have to place an order on a computer and the system is like AOL versus AI . Probably spent 15 minutes, trying to get a bagel with cream cheese and held up the line. It was so frustrating that I didn’t even order cream cheese with my white fish salad bagel. This is the poorest form of automation I’ve ever seen executed at a company that should be doing really well because they have great food. This guy watched me struggle and did absolutely nothing while watching the line get longer and longer. On top of that, I really wanted a black-and-white cookie, but the system was so frustrating that I didn’t even bother . And now all of a sudden paying $45 for two bagels feels like way too much after that experience and I won’t be coming back. It used to be like New York, but now it’s a lot more like Seattle. I’m from New York City so I’m probably going to be a little harder than normal people. I will say this is the best bagel place. I’ve tried in Washington. It is also the only place that has good white fish salad. However the lox wasn’t the best, I feel like I may have gotten the last end of the lox batch. I will be back to try again. The staff were amazing and helpful and she even let me taste the whitefish salad. I will also note it was expensive. A coffee and that bagel with lox and whitefish salad and scallion cream cheese for $30. Update Sunday, October 5. I just ordered from DoorDash and everything bagel with white fish salad and chive cream cheese. It was so good. I didn’t even have a chance to take out my phone in time before I ate it.

Ordered bagel trays through catering and it was wonderful. The (large) order was ready exactly on time and it was delicious. The photos on the website don’t do justice for how beautiful and plentiful the bagel tray was. Excellent quality and exceeded our expectations. We ordered coffee to go, two bagel trays with assorted cream cheese spreads, and an accoutrements (onions, tomatoes, capers, cucumbers. We didn’t order any pastries, but they looked awesome, too. Our guests from the east coast thought it was authentic and terrific.

Can’t help myself. So good. Bagels are insane. Amazing cream cheese options, the breakfast sammies are outrageously good and big fat NY deli style sandos fully loaded!

Wow! We found this place online and wanted bagels. I had the bacon, egg and cheese jalapeno bagel. I added pickled red onion. It was fresh and delicious. The bacon was salty and the egg was fried. The sourness of the picked onion was such a great pairing. My GF had a poppy seed bagel with locks and pickled red onions. She loved hers. The employees were polite and professional. We really loved it. We can’t wait to return.

Was so looking forward to eating at a Jewish NY style deli with bagels, chopped liver but this turned out to be such a huge disappointment.

The lox good and they sold Dr Browns soda but those are the only good things.

The bagels were terrible and had a texture that was not authentic at all. They put way too much cream cheese on the bagel as well. Such a waste.

Staff was not friendly. Would not return.

Got a Reuben and cold pastrami. They were good, but wouldn’t get again for $20-$25. The coleslaw and meat were great. I’m from NY and have pretty high standards for these sandwiches though. I’ll be back to try the bagels

Wow this place is incredible! Went for my first time today with my baby and we loved it. Had the soup and half sandwich combo and a delicious iced latte. Best motza ball soup ive ever had, and the tuna was top tier, both my baby and I couldn’t get enough of it. Loved the atmosphere and customer service too. We will definitely be coming back!
