Normally I love vitality bowls. I’ve always had great encounters with the staff and foods usually tasty. My boyfriend and I went a couple days ago and both our bowls weren’t full. Mine lacked at least a 1/4 of the bowl!!! Plenty of fruit toppings on both of ours, so can’t complain there, but there was barely anything to the actual bowl. I only had taken one bite out of it before I snapped the photo. I wasn’t able to do anything bc it was a to-go order (we were 20 minutes from the place when I finally opened mine up). It’s hard to continue to pay $15 for this stuff when sometimes I get cheated out of it, but this time was enough to finally speak up about it. If you do go, I recommend getting a salad or something to prevent this.

A friend and I visited here recently. We enjoyed the bowls we ordered. I had a superfood bowl and she had a dragon bowl. We both liked them quite a lot. We both thought the ones we had a another bowl place tasted better, but for me, this one was half the carbs that the other place had, which was a lot closer to my diet plan. Still over, though. Would love to find a way to have one of these be in my diet plan a little closer. And these did taste very good.

I have come in a few random times within the last couple of months or so. Never thought to write a review until I encountered the same lady I did before. She was very professional but very personable and had a great smile for a gloomy day. My order must of taken a little longer than I expected so when she brought my order out she walked up to me, spoke to me by first name and thanked me for being so patient. Between the quality of what I ordered and the lady who I encountered both times, I’ll be sure to make more of a habit to go in more often.

Ordered through the app. Was not called to let me know they did not have all ingredients to make my food. When I picked up was just handed the food and told an ingredient was missing. No substitutions were given. Asked for discount since it’s pricey and was told they couldn’t do that.
