Best chopped salad in town. Best turkey focaccia in Minnesota – comes served warm. Delicious. Great staff and cozy atmosphere.

Amazing selection of gluten free items. Julie spoiled us with a sample of their 5 different gf soup selections. I loved the cauliflower crust pizza. It was the most pizza tasting and texture pizza I’ve enjoyed for quite awhile. All of the staff was friendly. The food fantastic! Our gluten person agreed that everything was tasty. But if you’re gluten free and haven’t been there- you should!

The staff are so nice and patient about my request -vegetarian but no onion and garlic. Even they let me try the dressing if I’m okay or not !

I said sorry but they are really positive to my needs and finally got me a best combo for me to enjoy !

Thank you so much! It is so hard to get my meal in states ( but very common in Taiwan or say Asia.)

The one and only local Zuppa Cucina in the metro. The other “Cafe Zupas” places are a chain out of Salt Lake City, which are good but really don’t compare.

Best salad AND soups (wait did I just type that??) you can find anywhere, right here in Shakopee. The menu all around is great. Portions are generous and extremely delicious!

Have been here a handful of times for lunch or dinner. Solid family owned place. They have very good sandwiches (have won best sandwich shop 6 years in a row from SW media group) and really good salads and soups as well. Pizzas also. Like the foccacia & ciabbata sandwiches. They have several veg options as well as gluten free options
Counter service and table or booth seating. An outdoor patio table area. Solid casual sandwich/soup/salad place.

I absolutely love all their sandwiches, salads and their pizza. I’ve tried most of their soups and feel like most of them are very bland. Today I tried tomato soup for the first time and it is not soup at all it’s more like they put thick spaghetti sauce in a bowl and called it soup. It was sour, bitter and full of Parmesan. It was not edible so I made spaghetti and poured it over the top and added seasonings so I didn’t waste it. Not recommended whatsoever. I’m still giving this place a four star rating because everything but the soup is good there.

Outstanding food and service, perfect if you are looking for a local place! Prices are reasonable for what you get.

I would not remove stars for it, but I do wish from an environmental standpoint that they would use something other than styrofoam.

I really loved that Capicola gourmet sandwich. It is done very well and had me day dreaming about it all week. I have had friendly service, and I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable. Pic for reference:

A friend of mine used to get sandwiches from this place and they looked & smelled so good, fast forward 2 years and I was in the neighborhood and saw the Zuppa Cucina and went in and ordered a sandwich & small salad. The food had good flavor and price was reasonable, service was fast and friendly. This is now my 3rd time coming here. There’s a good variety on the menu, I wish they would do more combo offers in the future. I’m definitely a fan

Update: 2 years later and still the same issue. It’s sad enough being GF & paying more, but getting half what the normal order is on top of that is just disheartening

I used to love this place but it’s gone way downhill. I can’t have gluten anymore & switched to GF. I understand GF buns aren’t the greatest & there’s not a lot of options, but this sandwich was a joke. There’s less than half of the amount of chicken salad they put on half a normal one on the entire sandwich. Don’t waste your money if you’re GF, or order a normal one and bring your own bread

Excellent family sandwich shop. The breads are excellent. The sandeiches and salads are rich, flavorful, and interesting.

Prices are very reasonable.
