This is my first time ordering & eating here. The food was delicious. I ordered a wing/tip dinner. The cashier told me the prices that are posted on the screen “are not right & are subject to change.” That’s something you should have posted, but it wasn’t. So she charged me more than what was posted + added a fee for using my card. The sauce has that Chicago flavoring that can’t be done anywhere but Chicago (amazing). The wings have tenderism, the tips are good but I would have liked them just as tender as the wings. If I wasn’t overcharge they could have gotten a 5. The wait time was exceptional, no complaints in that area. My family who lives out of town would like this place.

I’m from Tx and can Q so BBQ expectations was high. They met all of them. No cap, it taste like big mamas plate. Ordered the rib, wing, and link. Potato salad and baked beans. All on point, can’t wait to come back. If it’s a long line and wait time, gotta be worth it , and was! Chef’s kiss!

The only way ANY organization/business/company can remain relevant is PEOPLE!! IT SHOULD NOT MATTER the location OR customer base you serve. The money I spent on the food I purchased was nothing short of a waste of resources. I purchased a large link/tip combo and I got 7tips .. My food was bland, the french fries were half cooked, paid for extra sauce. Didn’t get it. It’s sooo sad. It’s like restaurants in predominantly black areas don’t care how they serve their customers anymore. Regardless to what walk of life the customers come from. They still spend their GREEN DOLLARS to support that business. The only positive part of this experience was the young lady taking the orders was very pleasant. IM DONE!!

I wasn’t happy with my food this time. The bbq sauce was off. I also noticed that I paid more & got alot less than usual. The food was over cooked. I give credit where credit is do and giving a honest review is important to me. This time I was truly disappointed. I paid almost $30 for a large rib tips and I added a link. My food has never looked this skimpy.

They didn’t give me my Red Velvet Cake. So I had to go back. My wait the 1st time was 17 minutes fir a pickup. I went back for my Cake there at least 20 deep. The girl wanted me to wait on line No. I was there to correct a mistake. I don’t mind waiting. That’s why I went early 4pm. There’s only 1 person working the counter. Whew!

Place an order online and figured they were busy so I arrived almost an hour later just to be told that it would be another hour wait and then when I asked for a refund the manager never came to the window and the cashier kept disappearing so then the cashier yells that the manager is not issuing any refunds and it’s like why take online orders if yall not prepared to take the hit and still trying to make orders people placed weeks ago, not to mention I drove here all the way from Indiana to get the food, terrible customer service, they won’t be seeing me anytime soon !!!

I eat here often today I was forced to wait over a hour for chicken wings…I ordered my food the cashier told me 25 mins so I ran to the store. I come back n waited an additional 15 mins to ask how much longer and they tell me they just now dropping chicken wings….so u mean to tell me i waited on someone to go grocery shopping to get chicken wings for them to cook in highly pissed and I will not be visiting this inconsiderate location again

Paid $21 today for a large tip only to get home and discover that there was barely any sauce on my ribs. When I called to report the problem the worker didn’t seem very concerned. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and could not return to get more sauce. As a result I was stuck with dry unflavorful ribs. I would also like to note that the menu prices have changed but the owner in spite of my complaints refuses to change the the prices on his menu board. For example, the menu still shows the old price of $18.50 for a large pork tip but customers are being charged $19.50. This place has really gone down and the sad thing is that the owner doesn’t care. I will not be returning.
