Absolutely best of the best NM food! Whether you’re a curious traveler or a chile-obsessed local like me looking for a nice sit-down experience, you will not be disappointed by the awesome food here. Normally I go for a smothered burrito, but this time I picked up the Red Chile Beef Enchiladas at the recommendation of the amicable staff. The Chile is some of the best I have had anywhere.

After a hike, hungry, didn’t see any place to eat in Pilar. Asked the nice gentlemen at the RioGrandeGorgeVisitorCenter if he could point us to a lunch spot. He enthusiastically suggested Zuly’s, 15 minutes away. Wow! We had no expectation of finding someplace this good. Excellent! A casual place not only open late afternoon, but also with 3 guys playing acoustic music (Tres Veterans) and a nice outside patio.

We used Zuly’s for an event there in Dixon during the Studio Tour. The enchiladas were exceptional>the best NM food I’ve had in ages. Friends, step in our take out; you too will be quite pleased.

Stopped by for some New Mexican lunch before hitting the two wineries nearby. Definitely glad we chose Zuly’s because the food was awesome! We got a smothered burrito and the chicken enchiladas and the green and the red were super tasty. If you are anywhere near the area, stop by for some legit NM food.

I wish I could give this place six stars! Honestly some of the best chili I’ve had, especially the red. We had smothered breakfast burritos, and they were fabulous. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was reasonably priced and came out quick. Great ambiance. We will be back!

I’ve been cooking Spanish food for over 50 years and I can say Zuly’s has the best Spanish food I’ve ever had. Their red chile is so good. The pinto beans were so tasty. We drove from Tesuque at the suggestion of a friend and it not disappoint. The drive is beautiful and the food is awesome.
