The guy working last night refused me service at the counter because of my service dog being with me. When I explained she is my service dog and goes with me everywhere, he told me I had to take her outside. He also used curse words when expressing himself to me which was very unprofessional and I even asked him why are you cursing at me now. For some reason, he would rather give me a free pizza and drink to have us stand outside than to take my order at the counter and honor federal law on permitting a service dog into the business. Just because he gave a free meal doesn’t mean I’m not reporting this because it’s the principle of the issue that is a serious one where you cannot deny a person with a service dog access. This location needs training on the Americans with Disabilities Act.

First ever meatless cheesesteak pizza. I ordered the Papa pairing’s special, and didn’t make any changes to the cheesesteak pizza. What I got was salty, and meatless. I’ve never had salty ranch before, definitely don’t recommend it.
I won’t demand a refund or anything but I will definitely not be ordering dinner from the Papa John on General Boothe Blvd again.

Worst Papa Johns I have ever been to. Slowest service and terrible food quality. And the employees act like they do not want to be there just standing around doing nothing. I will never return here and recommend you stay far away from this location. Upper level management needs to step in and fix this place or it will be closed soon.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered and had fast and great service. The only problem was I couldn’t force myself to eat more than a couple pieces. Somehow a 20 dollar pizza on the website turned into a 30 dollar pizza I couldn’t eat. And it wasn’t just the garlic crust. The entire pizza tasted like they just emptied a salt shaker over the whole thing, cheese and all.

Placed an online order, but accidentally entered the wrong address. Called the restaurant, and had what is quite possibly the best customer service of my entire life. Lloyd (I hope I spelled that right) was quick to help me correct the address, was really reassuring, and got me laughing. The pizza was also incredible, but good pizza is easy to get anywhere – customer service like that is almost impossible to come by these days. I place a lot of corporate orders for my company, and they have won a life-long customer. Thank you, Lloyd!

I live in a campground. I also work here.
It’s one of the nicest in the area.
When the delivery driver arrived, I was called and told I had to go to the front to pick up my pizza. I told the driver I asked for delivery. Not pick up. The driver told me that it’s the campground’s rule they can’t deliver to sites. As I mentioned before, I work here and know that is not a true statement. Needless to say. When I got to the front to “pick up” my pizza, the driver was gone.
I called the store to talk to the manager and this very young manager told me I would have to wait for another driver to deliver my pizza. Not only had I already waited, how hot do you think my pizza would be?
I would not recommend ordering pizza from this place.

Horrible, we called our order in and we were told about 15-20 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes, as we were just at the KOA up the street. When I get to the store the person up front told me another 30 or 40 minutes, he said my order was on the bottom with 14 orders ahead of me. He also told me not to go by the time you get when you call (the call center is in some far-away place) because they have no idea of the actual prep times in the store. Now if they don’t know how long it takes in the store why is the call center handling the calls…wait I know, because the store is too busy to answer the phones. Didn’t care for the whole vibe in the store. 10 or 15 minutes extra are fine, but when your order is not even in process..forget about it. This review is about my experience only yours may be better.
