Zublime was such a great find. It already looked great online but we were even more surprised at the flavor and quality. Each dish was unique and very inspired, familiar yet new. We will definitely be back during each visit.

This evening we went to dinner at Zublime which is a restaurant just a couple of blocks from the apartment and which I’ve been wanting to try. Service, food and atmosphere were all excellent. I did something at this restaurant that I’ve never done before – I went back to meet the chef and tell him how much we enjoyed everything. We enjoyed it so much that we are going back Saturday.

Delicious food, excellent drinks, friendly service. I ordered Camerones Zublime and La Divina. They were both fantastic. The shrimp were a flavorful sauce, and came with some sauce to adjust picante level as desired. The waitress was happy to answer all questions and the interior is very pretty. Crepe was delicious, with good flavors and presentation.

Spinach salad is one of the best we have had (and we eat out a lot), shrimp Zublime was truly sublime and the chicken Parmesan was wonderful and a huge portion! We came for dinner but breakfast and lunch are also available. Prices are reasonable and staff super friendly.

We had an amazing lunch here, the food was excellent and there was a wide variety, with vegetarian alternatives too. The food was nicely presented and the restaurant is very nice aesthetically. The people who run the place are also lovely!

Best meal of our trip to Cozumel! The ambiance is so great. It’s a little off the beaten path — not on the main tourist drag. We brought in fish that we had caught and they prepared it for us family-style. The service was attentive and the language barrier was not a problem — even with multiple food allergies. Will come back every time we are in Cozumel! Our dinner worked out to be about $60USD/person.

Real nice food. We wanted to escape from the classical mexican food (tacos) and got some really nice dishes. Thats why we also enjoyed our new years eve dinner there which was amazing (shared some pictures). I can only recommend the place!

A new place in town with an amazing local food menu! The shrimp empanadas are so good and the shrimp tacos are delicious! The drinks are well balanced and the staff gives great recommendations 🙂
