The food was great. However, the service was just terrible. I go in to order my food young blonde just stands there staring at me at the register didn’t even ask me if I wanted to order didn’t greet or anything. I get it we live in different times however, being polite and having manners is not that difficult. I called him the other day to see if they had an item that I wanted to purchase. The phone service also stank. if you want some good food with really terrible service I recommend you go to Zoup.

Really disappointed by the shift in quality over the last year. I ordered a Southwest Turkey Sandwich and the bread was chewy and stale, and all of the ingredients were missing! Just bread and turkey… the last time I ordered a salad, one of the main ingredients was missing and there were hardly the normal amount of the remaining ingredients. The prices have increased and the quality has greatly decreased.

My teen daughter recently discovered Zoup and was so impressed with it that she made us try it. We had it a few times now, and every time the food has been super good! All the soups and sandwiches we tried so far are really tasty. I also like that you are able to sample their soups. The employees are very nice there. We get greeted upon walking in, and while walking out. We would recommend this over the other popular chain soup/salad/sandwich restaurant.

My granddaughter and I absolutely LOVE Zoup !! They have about 12 different soups daily that you can sample so you know if you like it before you buy it. You can choose from 3 sizes of the amount of soup you’d prefer. You can also get soup with a side of half a sandwich. OUR favorite sandwich is the turkey and bacon on a french roll. You’ll also get 1/2 a french roll with your soup. No matter what you should pick you WILL NOT be disappointed. Everything is delicious

Fast food soup! What a great place for soup lovers! I had the sirloin chili and was able to sample the lobster bisque. It was a good meaty soup that heavily reminded me of a very good chili. Black beans and cilantro were there but this melded well as a soup. It came with a piece of French bread (there was an alternative) and small packet of spread. The lobster bisque was probably a better soup as not too creamy and tasting delicious bits pf lobster in every spoonful. Soup was fantastic and enough variety to come back several days in a row and repeat a taste. They also served a Indian lentil soup that was both hearty and still lite enough to enjoy a full bowl. Soups are definitely the draw here and should be tried…. Frequently!

Many kinds of soup and you can sample them all! Free samples before you choose your soup. The lobster bisque was delicious and nice and hot. Pair a cup with a sandwich and you have a satisfying meal. I will be back!

this is a nice friendly and quite place. with fresh soft bread and lots of soups to choose from. ask for some free sample on the soups try it before you buy it. so many great salad and sandwich choices. i must try because who doesn’t like free WiFi with healthy choices.
