The worst pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. I say seen because I took one look and one bite and threw it into the trash. Never in my life have I ever seen a pizza like this. Weird meat, weird tasting cheese (like it’s sat out), and undercooked (doughy)

I’ve heard good things about this place, so we decided to get delivery. The food took well over an hour to arrive, that’s fine, restaurants get busy at night, I get it, I worked in kitchens for nearly 15 years, so I understand.
However, the quality of the food is abysmal. The roast beef sub I ordered, that was supposed to come with gravy and cheese showed up with nothing on it, just flavorless, sub par sliced deli meat. The bacon cheese fries I ordered was equally as bad. The fries were old, and the cheese had been sitting in them for so long that it turned to one hard solid mass.
The steak tips my partner ordered were great, but the sauce they used for the pasta tasted bland and from a can.
I wanted to like this place, but I was given no reason to.

Roast beef surpassed expectations! It was phenomenal. Great bowls and quesadillas. We look forward to trying the pizza next time. Great service and food. So glad we tried it. We will be back!

I don’t want to give one star because when I have been able to order, the food is always pretty decent. Won’t completely blow your socks off but everything I’ve gotten for the most part has been good as well as portion sizes.
My biggest gripe is the ordering process, their hours etc. when they first opened I was thrilled for a late night option as I work nights typically until 10pm or so. Upon opening and according to their business hours advertised they’re open until 1:30 7 days a week. Maybe 2-3 months ago, attempted to order around 10/10:30 and was notified they were closed.
Last Friday I put in an order at 10:30, estimated time of delivery was 11:20. It was “confirmed” on the app, I was given an ETA, and it was just never delivered or showed up. I figured they were running late and waited until 12:15 or so before calling, got a busy signal tone and decided to just going to bed and deal with it in the morning. I was not charged so it’s not a case of it just going to the wrong house or something by accident.

If I ordered at 1:25AM I could kind of see it not going thru but that wasn’t even nearly the case.

Update: 10/10/25 Idk why I did this but I ordered from here again..and WOW what a disappointment!!! First of all, who the hell puts American cheese on a chicken parm??? And the website said this would be made with chicken cutlets. This is was the worst chicken parm sub I e ever had in my life!!! I asked for extra cheese, didn’t get that. The chicken was nasty. The sauce was so salty it was just disgusting and now I have waisted $14.XX. This is just ridiculous. So the only good thing they make here is steak & cheese subs. Dually noted!!!

Even when I order online she gets it wrong. I ordered a large steak & cheese calzone once and paid $30 for it and she made a sub! This week I ordered a Sm steak bomb calzone with no peppers and mushrooms and a lg steak & cheese sub with onions peppers and mushrooms. What we got was a Sm steak bomb calzone with mushrooms peppers and onions and a large Steak & cheese sub with only onions!!! When you’re paying $40 for food you want them to get it right!!

As of late I’ve been craving a good North Shore Beef for lunch! The downside to this is all the heavy hitters in the NSB game are all, well.. in the North Shore of Boston, a good 45min drive one way during lunch hour. UNTIL…..
I found out about Zo’s Place in Nashua. Fairly new; everyone in the area would know it as ‘7 Star Pizza’ as it recently changed ownership. I headed down there at the crack of noon-twenty and ordered up a Regular Roast Beef Sandwich on an onion roll, with BBQ, mayo, cheese and light horseradish (with a Mug root beer).
BRUHH!!!! Would ya look at this?!?! JUST LOOK AT IT!!!!!! I just sat there and stared at it for… probably longer than I should have. I snapped a couple of pictures, took another look, then went to work on this beautiful lunch masterpiece!! SO SO GOOD!!! The roast beef wasn’t cut too thin, nor too thick, it was pink all the way around, subtly warm… The amount of BBQ/mayo/horsey was just the right amount! I could literally taste ALL the ingredients, along with the nicely grilled onion roll!
Y’all should head to Zo’s place in Nashua and check this thing out!!!! My GOD!!!!! Thank you all so much!!! WICKED GOOD!!!

I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately, the pizza I received was poorly prepared. The top was noticeably burnt. The cheese and toppings were overcooked, while the dough underneath was still undercooked and raw. It was an odd combination that made the pizza quite literally inedible.
I didn’t reach out for a replacement, as I believe food should be checked for quality before it’s sent out. Hopefully this was just a one-off mistake, but based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d order again.

Wouldn’t know about the atmosphere, that’s why it’s blank. When I first started ordering here, it was fanflippintastic, I loved it.
After a dozen orders or so things got messy, and I went from having nice notes on my sandwich bags and awesome food to forgotten cheese, forgotten sauce, forgotten everything, HOW BOUT READING THE SLIP?
Yesterday, instead of doordash, I sent a friend down.
I got… gross brown meat, no extra cheese, and to boot, I got dirty napkins thrown in the bottom of my sandwich bag . Omg! What have I done but be a loyal customer??!
Why do you continue to mess up the one thing I order?
I’m not here to be disrespectful by any means. However, I have 3.5 million views, and I do owe my readers the truth. You are fantastic out of the gate!!!!
Then, 10 to 6, then 10 to 4, then OK, need a break. I do not like or enjoy leaving negative reviews .
If everyone could come together as a unit and work together, I think things would go right back to where they were! A 10!!! I paid over 20 bucks for a sandwich that I refused to touch.

I took my middle kid there to get lunch for the family.
We went up to the counter to order and I was so impressed that they actually said hi to my kid as well. The service there was top notch. We ordered three beefs, one of each size because, why not??? And some onion rings.
While we waited for them, I grabbed a delicious cloud candy on draft for a very reasonable price. While I sipped on my hydrologic sandwich, I was a bad parent and let my kid use the coloring app on my phone. When my order was ready, they brought me my bag and we were on our way home.
My wife and I have been disappointed before with beefs, but this place nailed it. The beef was the right color, the sauce was spicy and sweet and the right amount, the cheese, perfect. Mayo, couldn’t be happier. I added horseradish sauce to mine. I didn’t want this sandwich to be done, because I just wanted to keep eating! The onion rings were thinly sliced and lightly batter to perfection. So glad I found a place close to home to get a delicious north shore beef.

***NEVER GOING BACK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!***
Called in an order, could barely hear the girl on the phone. Get told 30 minutes. Show up, no one at the counter. The guy in the kitchen took 10 minutes to pull his head out of his phone. Sounded like he was saying he was going to get the girl who took my order, but I couldn’t hear him over the much that was ao loud I could barely hear the guy across the counter. The guy in the kitchen had to go over to where they were playing pool. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!! THREE! Turns out they were all over on the pool table side of the bar drinking and playing pool.
Never going back, and I advise you don’t go. 0 out of 10 can miss.
If only Basil and his family could see how they ruined the place. Not to mention the sidewalks are always sticky or stained. Largely because their bartender has a tendency to over pour, and doesn’t know when to cut off her customers. I mean, why else are the cops always there after 10pm? The amount of times I’ve walked in there and the smell of overserved alcoholics has been nauseating.
Also, what kind of place sells subs, and doesn’t cut them? Sad that 7 Star from the 90s is superior to this dump.
Avoid at all costs. Go literally anywhere else. You won’t have to wait at Subway, and you won’t be leaving with hearing damage either.
Edit: It’s been over an hour since I left that place and my ears are still ringing. Looking into lawyers, start seeing if I can sue for hearing damage.
