Overall we are happy with Zona Pho! They’re still fairly new and rough around the edges in some areas. We loved their Summer Special! The only setbacks we feel are they need a better tasting chili paste and most of all, the water does not taste filtered. Which is a key thing for Arizonan’s eating HOT soup. The veggies are fresh and the Pho is delicious If you’re ever interested in custom Zona Pho Tables, give us a shout!

We took our granddaughters here for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. We had delicious shrimp spring rolls and very good pork egg rolls for appetizers. Three of us had Pho, steak, meatball, and rib. My wife had the banh mi. Everything was flavorful and delicious.

The Pho here is delicious! It was my husband & I’s first time eating here. Very flavorful & loaded with meat & noodles! My husband also enjoyed the spring rolls & said the peanut sauce was very good. The service was also really good and the staff are very polite. We will definitely be eating there again!

I made an order, there was a miscommunication and I ended up getting the wrong food. I came in today and was treated with ABSOLUTE KINDNESS and HOSPITALITY by (Samantha G. & Maria G.) They corrected the mistake completely and even gave me a free drink as I waited for my order to be finished. I already love the food here, but the customer service and hospitality coming from these employees is 11/10. They made things right and left me more than satisfied, thank you guys for being great!

Place is a little small but we really enjoyed the food, Would come back again, they do offer pickup and delivery which is nice. I got the seafood pho and they made it spicy with the request, which was great! We ordered the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and they were really good, highly recommend. Only thing is that I do wish they had told us that we had to go up to the counter to pay and grab our own to go bowls, because that was a little confusing for our first time.

I really like pho so this is just an honest review. The noodles are overcooked, so they don’t slurp up, they break apart, so it’s hard to even pick them up with your chopsticks. They give you so little meat, it’s not even funny. The broth they also give you so little of and they don’t scrape off the top fat of the broth , so you taste all of the fat. Which doesn’t taste like clean broth. Also be aware that like they also extra charge for online orders. With every single food item just to “pick up” and it’s ridiculous because that should already be included within the online orders. I did order online, but if they’re online orders are any indication of what it’s like to be in their restaurant. I will never come here.

We ordered two steak phos and a pork and veggie egg roll. Everything came out hot and tasty. The egg rolls were crisp and the pho was very flavorful. I have a 4/5 for Food because they could add a little more meat to the pho, but besides that the food was great, the service was phenomenal. I will come back again!

We love the food and the portion size is big. This is the second time that we have gone that the service was not the best. The girls are more worried about their phones and giggling with each other than customer service. Today when she finally came over to take the order, she half listened and seemed rush. They brought the incorrect appetizer and then took so long to fix it that we got our soup and just told them to cancel. We were never asked about refills or brought a check. We finally just stood at the counter to checkout without one. Then an employee sat next to us to eat her food and had her phone on speaker home very loud the entire time.
