I recently visited Zoelsmanns Bakery, and I can confidently say it is the best bakery in town.
The highlight of my visit, and the reason I keep coming back, is their incredible cinnamon roll. It is absolutely delicious—perfectly baked, moist, and wonderfully spiced. If you try one thing here, make it the cinnamon roll!
Beyond the exceptional baked goods, the atmosphere and service truly set this place apart. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a joy. It really feels like a neighborhood spot where everyone is treated like family.
If you are looking for top-quality treats and genuinely warm service, look no further than Zoelsmanns. Highly recommended!

Been driving down to this bakery from out of town for years. It appears to be under new ownership. The man who waited on our party was not friendly, cut the very end pieces of the meats into the package and asked another party how he could help them when he was still working on my order. We will take our business elsewhere unless things improve.

While their bread and deli meats are of exceptional quality, their desserts truly stand out as their most outstanding culinary offering. I have never encountered desserts of such exquisite taste.

I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. Everyone was very helpful, and their ricotta cookies are still The Bomb! (P. S. Try the Girl Scout cookies – Mmmm)

BEWARE NOT THE SAME IT USED TO BE – Such a bummer this place got sold and is under new management – the new workers inside are not very friendly or knowledgeable which stinks because it used to be good – if you’re in pueblo and are looking for a GOOD, and AUTHENTIC pueblo bakery and deli definitely go to Gagliano’s Italian Market- Banquet Schusters Bakery- Hopscotch Bakery

Shusters is better for almost every thing and we actually only came here because shusters was out of bread sticks and we had hadn’t been here in years side note kind of see why now because there’s are more short and airy and fluffy at shusters theses ones are more stiff night come back here for more stuff probably not through because there are other places we like better

Wonderful place. I got a sandwich for lunch and meatballs and some pastries for later. Super nice ladies. Reasonably priced (unlike other place down the street) What a gem!

Zoelsmann’s is a treasure, not many places like this are left. They’ve been doing it for over 100 years. Many special Italian goodies. Tasty peanut butter cookies & great brownies. Great bread, rolls & deli case. They could do better on sandwiches, the meat & bread are good, but they rarely have lettuce, onion, tomato, etc. The old gal is gruff, and it rubs off on the daughter some days!

Stopped here on my way through Pueblo. Fresh bread and meats, but no lettuce or veggies for the sandwich. Still a good stop.
