I’m happy about the new location. I think they are just getting their feet wet. I didn’t hear “Welcome to Moe’s” when I came in. Also they do t have a baby changing station in the bathrooms. That’s an huge fail. I asked the cashier in training it she had no empathy nor did she say that she tell her manager. I’ll revisit in a month or so and hope for improvements.

Moe’s is a good place to get a quick quesadilla or burrito that’s better than going to Taco Bell. The chips and salsa make a good snack and are better than what some Mexican restaurants provide. There is a good choice of drinks beyond the usual sodas too

Very good location. Certainly cleaner than the Paramus location and not as hectic. If you have a choice between the two go to River Edge. I believe the River Edge owner is on staff so he watches his business like an eagle.

Very affordable prices but the food is often luke warm. The queso i got was not hot enough so it was stiff and didn’t taste as good. My soft taco was great and they have the updated soda machine so lots of options. The crew members are nice and respectful.

I want to start by saying that I love the Moe’s concept. My relatives actually own a few in the Virginia area and do everything I can to support the brand. That said, I have now walked into this location on three separate occasions during peak lunch hours and there has only been one or two people working behind the line and register. The employees who are there working are great but it is simply too slow. Today there was one employee working the line and register with a 8 person line. Unacceptable. This is bad for the brand and makes going to this location painful.

Relatively a new Moe’s Southwest Grill. Nice layout bright colors inside. Friendly staff typical of a Moe’s. The counter was well laid out and in order. Staff kept the soda area and tables clean. Busy at dinner. Got the junior burrito did not have enough protein to stuff ratio. I’ll try them again.

We got there 10 minutes before they closed. The young man allowed me, husband and kids to come in. Eventhough it was time to close and he was cleaning up, he actually served us and prepared a fresh order of tofu for us. We were super grateful.

the GM Javier from the river edge location is not only lousy but lies about a Catering order placed a day in advance and does not even deliver the complete order and won’t answer the phone. Terrible management
Now the GM is non stop harass calling my personal cellphone telling me he’s not getting fired when that’s not even the case and denied District manager contact information it’s all in recording. Just sad to see those kind of people run business.. poor job as a franchise representative

I love the food from Moe’s, but this particular restaurant is poorly managed. I visited the place at least 4-5 times over the last 4 months and every time there was something broken. It’s either hot bar doesn’t work so you can get all the ingredients, or salsa bar is empty, or they can’t make chicken for some reason. Whoever runs this place needs to step up their game.

If I could give A ZERO star I would! My husband and myself visited this location today! When I say everything looks old from the meats to the rice and everything in between! We walked out without less then 20 seconds! Not to mention it wasn’t clean at all! I’ll stick to the Saddle Brook Location!
