I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Zizzi, and it’s definitely a place I would happily return to. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and welcoming — perfect for both casual meals and special catch-ups with friends or family. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a lively but comfortable ambiance that made the whole visit enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent customer service. Christine and Julia, who served us during our visit, were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of promptly. Their positive attitude and friendly approach truly added a personal touch to our dining experience.
The food was equally impressive — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything we ordered arrived on time and tasted delicious. It was clear that care had been taken in both preparation and presentation.
Overall, Zizzi delivered not only great food but also outstanding service, thanks especially to Christine and Julia. Their hospitality made our visit memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. We had Darina as our waitress and she was really friendly and welcoming. Very nice food and atmosphere, and also the hand soap and lotion in the toilets was a lovely citrus scent which really added to the atmosphere.
My favourite items were the chips and the dragonfruit sorbet.
Very glad I came here for my birthday meal, would definitely recommend to a friend.

All round really good, staff really friendly, especially Darina, she was lovely! Good was delicious, I had the valentines day menu, the calamari – very fresh and nice, the truffle carbonara – out of this world! The dessert was the tiramisu – traditional yet perfect.

went here with my partner for valentine’s day this year for a really good deal. food was amazing and great portions, very busy and felt a bit too together where they clearly squeezed more tables in so felt quite overwhelming. they also don’t take cash, card only. staff very friendly (especially Julia who was mostly our waitress) and they gave us a mini hot chocolate along with dessert which was lovely

Was my first time coming and would definitely come again based on my dining experience. We came and were seated at 9pm. Our server Martin was wonderful and went above and beyond of what we expected. It was up there with the best service we’ve had at a restaurant.

The food is decent and offers good value for the price. I especially loved the view of the water and the lovely outdoor seating, which makes for a relaxing atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff were helpful throughout. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal with a beautiful setting.
