Raf was so lovely, she was so welcoming and friendly. She even told us about offers that were available and kept checking in on us to make sure we were happy at all times!! If you are to come to here, you wouldn’t regret it because the advice from her was so nice!!

We had a lovely experience with our waitress Raf, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made us feel completely at ease — so friendly and approachable throughout the whole time.
The meatball starter was amazing — full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We also tried one of the organic wine options, which was delicious.

The service was quite slow to start with. But once we got going, everything was fabulous. Raf was a fantastic host, going out of her way to make our lunch perfect. We had calamari, carbonara and bolognese and it was all delicious.
The only downside was that it was quite chilly!

On a Saturday afternoon we decided to have dinner at the lovely Zizzi’s. Very hard to choose from the menu because we know everything is delicious. Skye, our waitress was very friendly and always looked after us during our time. We received excellent service. They even asked twice if we have any allergies.Thank you. Yesterday we had a disappointing experience here.
We had a 17:45 reservation, our food was served at 19:05. The table was not laid when we were seated, and we had to ask three times for cutlery. Staff members acknowledged our request but then seemed to get distracted and forget, in the end my wife saw where the cutlery was stored and went into the staff-only zone herself to retrieve it, so we could begin eating.
Only half of my daughter’s food was served, again I had to chase this up three times to get it, and again staff acknowledged what we were asking but simply didn’t act on it until the third ask, which was bizarre.
We were not told there would be almost an hour’s wait for food, which would have been very helpful with a very young child. We fed this back to the manager.
Ultimately, the restaurant seemed terribly understaffed for a Saturday night. The food was good, and we were appreciative of the 10% discount offered because of the poor service we had received. The staff were friendly, just not very attentive to our requests unfortunately.

Such a lovely experience at Zizzi! The pesto pasta was absolutely delicious and they were kind enough to customise it exactly how I like it. The sweet waitress even surprised me with complimentary mini doughnuts — it’s my birthday so this made my day extra special. Can’t wait to be back! ️ ❤️
