A nice place for having Italian-like cuisine in a fine dining restaurant, food ingredients quality and atmosphere were very good, had the 3 course meal of chicken skewers was perfect , wagyu burrata pizza was below average and very plain, and tiramisu was also disappointing looked better than it tasted was below average too. It’s not for authentic Italian flavors but good for dates, outings.

Had a meal with my mum here and we both really enjoyed our food. The staff were lovely and the decor is great. It’s not too noisy either which was good for me as I’m hearing impaired. Even the bathrooms were nice. Would definitely recommend.

The food looked good, but I have to say it ate average at best. The calamari was rubbery and I have bought better from Food Warehouse. The King Prawns were way over cooked and very dry. The wine was excellent! There were only 2 other tables occupied, and the service was slow. I had to ask for the bill at the end as no one had noticed I was waiting for a good 10 minutes. I ate at 3 venues whilst staying in Aberdeen, and Zizzis scored 3rd with me. Also the most expensive from the 3 restaurants I visited. Had a lovely meal here on Sunday night with a friend we were greeted by an American girl, sadly we didn’t get her name, but she was very welcoming throughout, and made it one to remember… wonderful atmosphere, quality of the food is excellent, and wonderful service overall. A good example of the chain – nice decor, decent atmosphere, friendly staff and everywhere clean. Food was served quickly and cooked perfectly with the portion sizes representing good value. The open kitchen is great and the staff attentive enough despite the place being really busy. For an easy going meal I’d certainly return.

Great service, food lovely with plenty of vegan options. Baby friendly with high chairs available. Got a free side with the loyalty point on the app, which was a bonus! Shame they didn’t have zero alcohol prosecco or wine as it would have been nice with lunch.

I had a pasta dish at almost £20 – it was served in a frying pan (we want plates) especially for pasta! Anyway it was almost like a starter shrink flation luckily i was on 1st class train so i got my main meal later on. Avoid they are trying to fight inflation the wrong way and it shows. The actual food was great though, just wish it was on served in a bowl or plate and a proper portion.

Fantastic experience, the staff were quick, responsive and super friendly. The location is beautiful and the food is delicious couldn’t ask for a better experience.
They even gave a complimentary snack as I waited for my started to be cooked and delivered. Each staff member was competent at their job amd also covering for others. Will be back again

Great vegetarian pasta. Ask for the Vegan Bolognese Pasta, it is made with lentils. I recommend it very much.
The food is good, the service was good. Though the only problem is that the air conditioner does not work very well so, at some moments you can feel a little cold.
However the environment and the food are very good.

Great meal, served by happy, smiling efficient staff. It maybe a large chain of restaurants sited in a shopping centre but it doesn’t feel like that. We will definitely return
