Zip’s serves their purpose, a tub of fries sometimes just hits the spot. however this location? you might just lose interest as you wait for it. no cars in the parking lot, 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. ordered a small strawberry milk shake, a large chocolate malt and a tub of fries. it took 37 minutes to get to my vehicle, and was handed a large strawberry malt with a tub of fries. I handed it back and recited the corrected order. which took another 10 minutes. once I got the order, it was still some how very wrong, was now a strawberry malt and a chocolate shake – and had missing sauces – so we just left with a double charged card which still doesn’t make any sense and a frustrated toddler. 2 drinks and a tub of fries folks. that’s it. I’d recommend this location only if you have the patience of a saint and a near hour to kill in the drive thru.

Love the happy hour! Would be better if I didn’t have to wait a long time in the drive thru. I got here at 315, its 335 and I still have one car ahead of me. Not a full parking lot either.

It’s embarrassing to have 3 cars in the parking lot and 4 employees who couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs.
Ordered my food for pickup and sat an additional 30 minutes because they couldn’t “find” my order. However, no one bothered to take it off the printer so they didn’t even have a clue it was there.
When they were confronted that we waited so long they had NO SENSE OF URGENCY. This is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with this.
Coming from someone that worked in this industry for 11 years, I usually give grace but this being the 3rd time is honestly embarrassing for this restaurant.

I used to purchase food from here on a weekly basis but after today’s experience I will no longer be giving my service to ZIPS. My food set for 5 minutes or longer under the heat lamp, meanwhile the girl that took my order proceeds to touch her face and money without washing her hands and then doesn’t even fulfill my order correctly. Looks at me like I’m just a jerk when I asked for my food that’s been ready long enough. No more service for zips disgusting and unprofessional

Burgers were good. Expensive $20 for 2 burgers alone. No pricing or subtotal on order until paying at window. $9.50 is too expensive for a double bacon cheeseburger plain, sandwich only.

Cod with fries, mozzarella sticks, strawberry lemonade and a chocolate banana shake was my order at Zip’s. I decided to eat here instead of Wendy’s. I was not disappointed nor was I impressed. The fish was pretty good with the tartar sauce, even after I microwaved then later. The mozzarella sticks were a bit rubbery to chew. The banana shake was awesome and made with real bananas. My strawberry lemonade was just ok. I’ve found it hard for fast food chains to nail strawberry lemonade. I would eat there again.

Ordered a huckleberry shake tonight with dinner. It was pretty melted by the time we got home but after putting it in the freezer I went to mix it up and saw something sticking out. After further investigation it appears it is a broken gasket from your blender?! Disgusting, I refused to drink this. Unsure if the rest of the gasket was in the cup somewhere. Was too grossed out to care.

First and foremost the most expensive Zip’s in Spokane area. By a lot.
Second, employees go from apathy to surly. Not a good look. Order accuracy is also not so good sometimes.
I will give them credit for keeping up the Zip’s vibe and having some interesting decor.
