I ordered their hot fudge sundae for over $5 and what they gave me was kid sized, with the “hot” fudge as a hard clump of fudge that wasn’t even edible. You could even tell the worker knew what she was giving me was unacceptable since she quickly shut the window and didn’t even say “thanks”. I have never had a good experience at this place, spend your money somewhere else. Overpriced and awful quality.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers & fries in drive-thru, and WOW, what a HUGE disappointment! Patties were dried out, like they had sat in a warmer for way to long, and tiny! So much so, I thought for a second I was ordering White Castle! Buns were stale/hard. Fries were…adequate, at best.

Bought a family meal deal found a huge hair on my burger. When I went inside to just give them a heads up I noticed two employees working the grill no hairnets and fans blowing directly on their face. Both had long hair one had dirty dreds. When I told them about it I said I’m not looking for any food or a refund (as I won’t be eating here again) I just wanted to make sure they were aware. Never got an apology or anything in fact the two cooks were just exchanging smirks with each other. Be cautious eating here

I have to defend this place every time I want to eat here and the food has been terrible these past couple of times. I’m so disappointed. 40 bucks and the chicken and fries were super over cooked. The strips looked more like nuggets. The cheeseburgers were cold. It sucked AGAIN. It’s not worth the price at all. I expect a little more attention to the food for that money. Oh and the worst part NO SAUCE!! WTH that’s my favorite part!

Truly the best Zip’s in the whole county! Always fast and friendly service, great food, tons of parking, and lots of seating. We’ve been to a handful of other Zip’s and they’re not nearly as good as this particular one. Happy to support a local business.

My wife picked up some food for me and when she got home, we noticed we received the wrong food. I went back to get the correct food, and the young lady handling the drive through and the front counter promptly addressed the mix up. As someone who has worked in customer service for several years, I can say that she was kind, professional, and quick to address the problem. A good attitude goes a long way in customer service!

The food was TERRIBLE. I’ve been going to zips since I was a kid, and everybody loves the Papa Joe, right? They switched from real ham to a bologna ham type thing that is absolutely disgusting. Why they would have a $3 deal for a Papa Joe with this disgusting…whatever it is, I have no idea. But they did, and unless they change it back to real ham, I have no use whatsoever for zips. Maybe the milkshakes might keep me around, but I’m very sad to legitimately LOSE the papa joe. A family favorite for years and years. The staff were very kind, very professional, and the gal that worked the register had a smile that lit up my whole day. All we want is the real ham back. Zips is FAMOUS for their papa joes. Why on earth would they mess with it??

the overall service was great! the food was super fresh but the bathrooms raised a concern as they REMOVED the toiletries. I’m pretty this is a healthcode/OSHA violation and should be addressed sooner rather than later.

I haven’t been inside in years but the food is usually solid from this one. They also honor the $3 papa Joe deal which is a steal! Today it seemed like the computers were down and the employees still had great attitudes and took orders on paper tickets.

Best Zips in town IMO. Prices on the Papa Joe and Double Cheeseburger are amazing. Friendly staff, and has that great old local burger joint feel. If you’re going to go to Zips, go here they got the best prices
