Whenever I’m in the area, I love to get a bucket of fries. Love the self-service fry sauce options. Everything was good. They were busy but doing a good job. The pies look delicious.

It was like going back in time! I asked the guy at the register what I should get because I’ve never been there. They recommended the Jalapeno chicken sandwich with their signature tater tots with dipping sauce, I was not disappointed, it was so good! I wish the picture did it justice but it does not I’m glad I didn’t live close by because it would be a problem for me. love this place!!!

Wife and I stopped by today at Zips in Ritzville like we have done many times. Although it has not always been the fastest, the food has been good. Today we stopped at
10:55am to get a breakfast sandwich. When we walked in there was one person ahead of us with one employee taking orders. I assumed he was the owner/manager as he appeared to be in his 50’s. He took 4 or 5 minutes to get the order from the person in front of us. As he was finishing another employee opened another register and called us over. As soon as she asked us what we wanted we answered with our breakfast sandwich order. The manager/owner immediately barked at us from the other register stating it was past 11 and all you can get is a croissant, rudely. We decided to just leave. Mostly because of his poor customer service.
So, we drove one minute to Subway, got there at 11:05 and asked if we could still order breakfast. The polite young lady said we stop serving breakfast at 11 but I would be happy to make you breakfast today. Needless to say we found our new Ritzville stop. Les B.

Oh Zips, this location is timeless and it shows.
I stop here every year and get a few bags O cheese burgers, buckets of fries, and a large Shroom bag.
Classic FF burgers, terrible greasy food, just straight Americana, never had issues here, they had the same dude on the grill for like a decade and he knew what he was doing. Hope that old desert storm Vet is still kicking.
Definitely recommend my above order and don’t for get the tartar sauce.

Not much has changed since I was coming here 25+ years ago during high school athletic road trips, except the bathrooms have been updated and are clean. There is hardly any cushion left in the seats! The food is good for fast food, made to order. And the service was very friendly and personable. Very nostalgic visit and did not disappoint.

Man, I stopped here with my boyfriend last summer at around 6pm and the sunlight hit the booths like a dream. Probably the best fastfood I’ve ever had and the staff were so friendly. It was super clean. It was like truly stepping back through time. They got these dope sticker machines for the kiddos too.

Terrible service and food. From the moment we arrived, we felt that we were bothering the two employees working there. Then the food…my husband will legit eat ANYTHING in the world. I’ve never seen him dislike something. But even the first bite of his omelette was so salty it was inedible! Maybe the salt shake broke off but it would’ve been nice to know. Hopefully their burgers and shakes are better than their breakfast. Overall, we just went there because we were charging our car down the street- save your money and go elsewhere.

I stopped here and while I was sitting and eating my food. I watched the kind employee call out the order number for someone’s order. When no one came to the counter, he took the order outside to see if the person was sitting in their car. Outstanding service!

It’s an option for fast food but not superb. They do have a lot of different for like deep fried mushrooms and fish and chips which is what I usually go for. It’s a crap shoot whether you get a little bad taste through the old oil they sometimes use but overall decent. NO fast food is cheap anymore and I paid $38 for fish and chips (4 piece halibut) and swapped the fries due tater tots. I did get an order of cheese sticks as well, that added almost $10. Crazy disgustingly expensive which is why I don’t do fast food too often AND because I feel sick for a couple days after but I just came back from a trip so didn’t have anything prepared. Staff are hit and miss but most of the staff in Ritzville seem to be friendly.

Went here ‘cause it was convenient and not too impressed. Had a bacon cheeseburger combo and taste was average. Did get friendly service and it was clean. It was kind of busy but didn’t have to wait too long. Might skip the food next time but will definitely go back for the “Cheesecake shake”
