Overall. It’s a wonderful place to go. The staff is amazing. They are all kind and helpful. The only thing I have a problem with this place is the prices. In drive thru some of the prices doesn’t match up with what there inside prices are. Like the shakes or the tub of gems.

Went through the drive through ordered 4 double bacon cheeseburger with 3 tubs of fries and 2 papa joes came to 71.00 !! We get our food after waiting 10 minutes in drive through 2 tubs of fries we’re not very warm anyways that didn’t bug me much it was the hair I found in my fries 1/2 down the tub we all stopped eating our food it grossed us all out I took a picture of the hair on my fries I go inside because we were eating in the parking lot there I go inside and show the one lady the fries and pictures of the hair I asked her I just want my money back I am grossed out instead of refunding me my money she walk back where they are cooking and shows them the pictures they all turned and started giving me nasty looks like how dare I be wrong non of them were wear hair nets couple of them didn’t even have there hair pulled back !!! I was getting the worst looks from a heavy set girl I just want my money so I can leave the guy who was trying to refund me my money took forever because the other lady never came back !!! I will never be eating here ever again

As a chain, I like Zips, but this is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. First off, the restaurant was disgusting. Food on the floor, spilled condiments all over the counter, and you could tell some of what had been spilled had been there for hours as it had hardened up and grown tacky. Teenage manager seemed more interested in chatting it up with two rowdy teen boys than actually doing her job or cleaning anything (though she did abandon them to take my order and brought me my food fairly quickly).
Watched an older gentleman exit the men’s bathroom and tell another teenage worker that the light was out in the bathroom, and she just shrugged. Food came and was was gross. Ham on the burger looked like it was a couple hours away from being “off” and the burger itself was a gray disgusting slab. Fries weren’t cooked thoroughly and hardly seasoned. First time I failed to finish my meal at a Zips.
Was certain I was going to get food poisoning from the little I ate. Then I come here to read reviews and see someone else did actually get food poisoning just a month before my visit!
This place needs an inspection, and probably should be closed. Whoever the adult franchise manager is for this location, they seem to have abandoned their responsibility to a bunch of incapable teens who just want a place to hangout.
tl;dr – Unclean restaurant, disgusting food, unmotivated workers. Don’t eat here, you’ll probably get sick.

Just a small drive in and sit down restaurant with quick and friendly service, good food . I definitely recommend it for a place to stop by while traveling!

Went through the drive thru. I almost always get a chicken strip basket and usually it’s real chicken. This was that separated meat that you get in the chicken nuggets at McDonalds. Not what I expected at all. We got there right at 11, first in line and they were not ready to go at all. Called in an order and she seemed confused that someone would call to pick up food. It took several times to order 2 chicken baskets and a fish basket with drinks. She was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. When we got there to pick up the order, they were rude and forgot the drinks so had to wait extra for those. $70 for 3 baskets is insane, especially for terrible service and subpar food that half was thrown away.

Ordered a Fish Sandwich with Cheese. Pretty basic. Right? No seasoning. Barely mayo. No cheese at all. Tiny piece of wilted lettuce.
Disgusting. The dog ate half and left the rest. That says a lot. Especially, my dog.
They only had 1 job.
Take a pass on this Zips.

Took them 10 minutes to make a cup of ice cream. Saw them multiple times just standing around. The two boys up front were just doing whatever. The cook probably made a good 6 burgers in the time it took them to make a single ice cream. Did they have a ticket system? Because it seemed like they were just making food out of order. Instead of prioritising, they just did whatever they wanted to do in whatever order they remembered to do it in. I had to remind them I was waiting for ONE ice cream when they served the family that ordered 3 after us, and had the same ice cream in their order. As someone who has worked in fast food for 6 years, and someone who knows when things are actually busy and when things are just not happening, I was very dissatisfied.
