This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever had. It’s been my 3rd and final time trying this one. This is NOT the wingstop you know and love!
#1 issue is that they no longer have fresh cut fries, they are now frozen. Wing stop has been known for fresh never frozen French fries.
#2 Fries and chicken wings have been requested to be crispy or well done and it’s never been executed.
#3 I ask for extra seasoning on dry rub wings and that has never happened. My fries are plain, and so is my wings. I might as well not ask for any flavor.
Please stay away, and go to a different wingstop who can be consistent unlike this one.

I’ve ordered here 3 times in the past month. Normally, they are pretty good about everything, but they have messed up my order all 3 times. The food tastes good, but I want the food I ordered. They also cancelled my order multiple times when it’s CLOSE to closing time. That’s a red flag right there.
Now, I have been running a fast food restaurant for the past 4 years, so I understand the struggles. But doing the things that this store is doing is driving customers away.
Please, take care in the food that you make, and the customers you tend too. It’s just how a business runs.

Why did I go to wingstop yesterday in Woodbury, Mn place an order for 40 wings meal came to about $58.00 using my bank card and the card reader wouldn’t allow me to bypass my pin number so I said to cancel the order why as I was leaving the manager followed me out of the restaurant trying to force me to put my pin number in to there card reader I’m not comfortable using my number so I don’t know if he felt like my card was stolen. But he don’t have to worry about me coming to his store anymore. P.S some of us work for a living stop judging a book by its cover

They didn’t cook the fries long enough. I got my food home when I discovered the fries looked like they were ran through a dishwasher rather than fried. Reached out to the store. They took my info down and told me a manager would be calling me back to issue refund. That never happened. I found an email in these google reviews and emailed it. Never heard back. Have them a chance to make this right before writing this review but they think I’m just gonna give up obviously. I work hard for my money and don’t have a lot to give out for bad food and service.
If you look at the pic of the fry it is clearly not cooked. Disgusting.

So I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I feel like this is kind of important. I went in and order a 30 piece meal with my dad and when we got home, we realized there was a band aid in our vegetables. Mind you we had a few before we noticed it was there. When I went back for a refund, one of the shift leaders/managers was really sweet about it and she gave us a full refund on the order. When I asked if they wear gloves, she said no they don’t because they “don’t touch the food” but you’re handling food and putting it in customers bags? So technically, you are? I love Wingstop, the food has never let me down but I don’t know, this is low key a deal breaker for me if they don’t wear gloves when handling food. Aka a band aid situation. If it’s company policy that they don’t have to wear gloves, I’d recommend keeping a distance. That’s a food hazard

Probably the worst carryout experience I’ve ever had, Stopped in on 10/5/25 @ 5pm Ordered two combos two different flavored wings, one 8pc, one 10pc, The first issue started with not being greeted and a huge lack of communication on an estimated time from cashier and not even a thank you after ordering. Second issue was my order getting put through at 5:10 and me not receiving it until 5:55 just inexcusable for two small orders, Then I get home to find out they put both orders of wings in the same container one dry rub and one sauced that became mixed. Needless to say, this was my second and last time giving Wingstop a chance I tried to no avail.

I’ve never put a bad review for any food place because it could have just been a bad night but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. This place as a location is abysmally run and don’t waste your time or money.

Finally got a chance to tryout Wingstop and it’s not bad but I didn’t like how they mixed the 2 sauced flavors into 1 container. I was happy that my order was ready as soon as I got there though.

Let’s not put sauced wings in a Styrofoam container on its side, right y’all? Because then the sauce would easily come out of the container and seep into the bag. And the bag is only paper so it’ll go through the bag. And then when you put that food bag in your car… Well looks like I now got a saucy car.
At least when I went back in and asked for another bag and another Styrofoam container, they were nice and asked if I needed napkins/paper towels.
Order was correct.

Have been to this location several times and the food had always been fairly good except the fries are very greasy. However the last time they forgot half our order. When I called i was on hold for over 10 minutes where I had to hang up and call back, when I finally got in touch with a person I told them I would like a refund as I was already home and not going to drive the 15 minutes back to get the rest of my order. He said it would be refunded in 2 to 4 business days. Never received the refund and it is difficult to actually speak with someone at the store. The missing part was around $15 disappointing because we really enjoyed a few of the seasonings
