Service was excellent. Seated quickly and immediately offered drinks. The French toast was delicious, the sweet bread perfectly soft and browned. I also loved the Portuguese sausage, highly recommend trying it! My only complaint is that my egg was over done. I ordered over medium and got basically an over hard.

Experience at the Waipio location was pretty bad…
● ordered at 0905.. order ready at 0950hrs.
● table dirty in establishment
● Zipster rewards not given on purchase. Inquired and told ” sorry unable to remedy issue”
● order came incorrect… wheat toast ordered. White toast given in order.
● food was cold… nasty..not even warm.
● Hair found on toast! Nasty!
● I filled out the feedback from my receipt and a day later received a generic e mail.. sorry we didn’t meet expectations..
● waipio location is pretty bad.. haven’t been to this.location in a few years, but hooo… I surely wouldnt consider going back to this location…
Waste of 1.5hr at a establishment I frequent often.. I surely wont be back to this location as a result of the events that took place. Would you return to this location? If it was just one thing id be like eh whatever… but the totality of issues is completely unacceptable….

Last Friday 8 something pm I got 3 malasadas instead of the 12 jin dui I ordered online- did not know this until i got home. I called the store, but I think it connected me to a call cente. After speaking to the operator she reconnected me to the store, but it just rang and rang for like 20 minutes (tbf its a Friday I completepy understand it must have been very busy. The service when I was in store was friendly and the food was great) so I decided to leave a email with corporate. Didn’t hear back but figure maybe they don’t work weekends? I waited til Monday no reply so I hit insta….today is Tuesday still have not heard back and at this point it feels silly to call the store again I just want my refund or credit for the jin dui and if contacted and amended ill update my reveiw to 5 stars sorry for the low rating I’ve worked in food service i just want what i paid for…..I hope you all have a great day!

We came here on a Tuesday night and it was busier than usual which is understandable. But I waited at the dine-in side for more than 20 mins. Decided to do take out since it wasn’t too busy. Ordered quickly and then waited some more for our food. It took 40 mins for them to make 3 burgers and fries and a korean chicken plate. I watched as people order after me come and go. I do not understand how they do their order system in the kitchen but its usually as its placed it comes out in the same order at other places. Our orange bang was watered down. Zippys pls do better. Customers want to support you but when the service is like this. It’s hard to want to come back.

Worst location for oder online and pick up!! Expect to wait for your order 30mins-1hr or more and possibly for them to tell you after waiting that long that they ran out of the special you had waited so long for. Ugh. It’s a mad house around 5-8pm. Their turkey with stuffing special sells out really fast too.

So much easier just placing an order, Arriving you just park and as long as you have you’re Mask on, The Employees come to your car to ask what your name for pick up. Me as a mom it’s soo much easier and faster. The Employees are very Friendly and Helpful.

Zippy’s Waipio blew it. I placed an order for delivery (through DoorDash). An hour AFTER my order was supposed to be delivered, I got a notification that they cancelled my order… no reason given. Other than just refunding what I was charged, they will not issue a credit. What kind of customer service is this? I put my trust in Zippy’s and DoorDash to deliver to a customer and they failed miserably.

Thank you to Zippys Waipio for staying open late for people who get off work at night, as while…we would normally cook at home, sometimes we don’t have the energy or time to do so and are always looking for someplace else to eat other than fast food chain restaurants. Thank you for having all precautions to keep your customers safe and healthy during these times of the pandemic, and thank you to the guest greeter at the front to make sure we took temperature, sanitized, and showed us to our table, and as always thank you to our server Robin for always providing the best customer service. Every time we decide to come to this location for zippys, we always have Robin and it’s always so nice to see her. Keep up the amazing work and stay safe to all employees.

Go to spot when back in town. Lots of options for local food you’ve been missing. Teeny weeny hiccup, the waitress forgot to put in our order. Still ate good just had to wait a lil longer.
